扬州国贸大厦给排水设计毕业论文

摘 要

扬州国贸大厦为高层写字楼,该建筑共十六层,建筑总高度为59.1m,一层高3.9m,二层高4.8m,三至十六层均为3.6m。该建筑的北侧、南侧50M处分别有一市政给水管道经过,市政供水最低压力为25M水头,无法满足高层建筑内部用水需求,本设计中办公楼给水系统采取竖向分区供水,充分利用室外给水管网的水压,达到节能减排的目的。供水方案为:一至四层采用市政自来水管网直接供水,五层以上采用变频泵直接供水。

本工程消防给水系统用水由地下消防水泵房供给。消防水池有效容积为370m3,与自动喷水系统合用。本工程消防系统为湿式系统,在建筑屋顶设置消防水箱,供高区消火栓系统初期灭火用水,与喷洒系统合用。消火栓系统不分区,采用两路供水,水平管与竖向管构成环状。本工程地下及地上每层均设自动喷水灭火系统,系统用水由地下消防水泵房供给。消防泵房内设喷洒泵,由湿式报警阀直接控制喷洒水泵启动。本工程自动喷水系统竖向分为两个区:地下一层至五层为低区;六至十六层为高区。

本建筑室内外排水均采用污废合流制,经检查井直接排入市政污水管。采用一层单独排水,二至十六层集中排水。地下室排水经排水沟汇集排至集水坑,经潜污泵提升排至检查井。建筑屋面雨水排水系统采用内排水系统,雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水立管排入检查井。

Abstract

Yangzhou International Trade building is a high-rise office building, with 16 floors in total. The total height of the building is 59.1m, the first floor is 3.9m high, the second floor is 4.8m high, and the third to the sixteenth floors are 3.6m high. There is a municipal water supply pipeline passing through 50m in the north and south of the building respectively. The minimum pressure of municipal water supply is 25m head, which can not meet the internal water demand of high-rise buildings. In this design, the water supply system of office building adopts vertical district water supply, making full use of the water pressure of outdoor water supply network, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction. The water supply scheme is as follows: the municipal tap water pipe network is used for direct water supply from the first to the fourth floor, and the frequency conversion pump is used for direct water supply above the fifth floor.

The fire water supply system of the project is supplied by the underground fire pump house. The effective volume of the fire pool is 370m3, which is shared with the automatic sprinkler system. The fire fighting system of the project is a wet system. The fire water tank is set on the roof of the building to supply fire fighting water for the high-rise fire hydrant system at the initial stage, which is shared with the sprinkler system. The fire hydrant system is not divided into zones, with two water supply channels, and the horizontal pipe and the vertical pipe form a ring. The underground and above ground floors of the project are equipped with automatic sprinkler system, and the system water is supplied by the underground fire pump room. The fire pump room is equipped with two spray pumps, one for use and one for standby, which are directly controlled by the wet alarm valve to start the spray pump. The automatic sprinkler system of the project is vertically divided into two areas: the first to the fifth floor underground is the low area; the sixth to the sixteenth floor are the high area.

The indoor and outdoor drainage of the building adopts the waste water separation system, which is directly discharged into the municipal sewage pipe through the inspection well. Single drainage on the first floor and centralized drainage from the second to the sixteenth floor are adopted. The basement drainage is collected and discharged to the sump through the drainage ditch, and then lifted and discharged to the inspection well by the submersible sewage pump. The roof rainwater drainage system of the building adopts the internal drainage system and the gravity pressure flow system. The rainwater is collected by the roof rainwater bucket and then discharged into the inspection well by the rainwater riser.
