摘 要

本工程为南通城市博物馆通风空调工程，建筑面积25314平方米，其中地上建筑面积20489平方米，地下建筑面积4825平方米。本次设计主要针对项目中通风空调工程的施工管理组织与工程造价。首先对项目各个系统进行详细描述，以便于对系统设计有一个详细的认识；然后利用工程项目管理的知识对本工程的展开进行了项目组织策划，通过绘制职能式结构图明确各单位分工与职责；严格按照《建设工程工程量清单计价规范GB50500-2013》对本工程的工程量进行了统计；并利用工程量清单计价法编制了工程量清单计价表；为更清晰了解空调系统结构，选取项目二楼全空气系统进行了施工草图的绘制；编制施工进度管理，绘制网络计划图，横道图；根据现场安装工程实际操作与质量要求，绘制风管制作安装加工图并编写施工技术管理与施工质量管理。

Construction Organization Design of Ventilation and Air - conditioning Engineering of Nantong City Museum

Abstract

This project for the Nantong City Museum HVAC engineering, construction area of 25314 square meters, of which the floor area of 20489 square meters, underground construction area of 4825 square meters. This design mainly aims at the project in the HVAC engineering construction management organization and the project cost. First, a detailed description of each project system, so the system design has a detailed understanding; then using project management knowledge of the project of project planning organization, by drawing the functional structure diagram of clear division of labor and the responsibility of each unit; strictly in accordance with the "construction engineering quantity list valuation specification GB50500-2013" on the engineering quantity of statistics; and the valuation method of the engineering quantity list valuation table by the project; to understand more clearly the structure of air conditioning system, air system selection two building for the construction drawing sketch; the preparation of construction schedule management, drawing network graph, bar chart; according to the scene installation of practical operation and quality requirements, production and installation of wind pipe drawing processing map and the preparation of construction technology management and construction quality management.

第一章 项目系统描述

该城市博物馆项目位于南通市区，建筑面积25314平方米，其中地上建筑面积20489平方米，地下建筑面积4825平方米。地上功能空间为展厅、多功能厅及办公业务室等，地下功能空间为设备房、仓储和车库。

1、冷热源：空调冷热源均由能源站集中供应，地下室设热交换机房。
