摘 要

本课题为嘉定酒店通风空调工程施工组织设计。研究该课题是为了让我们建立一个通风空调安装工程从无到有的理论基础，该课题有很强的技术性和综合性。它的内容必须符合国家有关法律、法规、标准及地方规范的要求，同时也要适应工程项目和业主、设计、监理的特殊要求。本工程的施工组织设计分为九个章节。首先对照施工图纸，对整个通风空调系统安装工程进行了系统分解和描述。然后对该项目进行结构分解和组织策划。再选择一个新风系统进行了加工安装草图的尺寸计算和绘制。然后是对工程量进行了详细的统计计算。接着是进度计划与进度控制，详细地介绍了整个项目的施工流程的时间管理，并进行了横道图和网络计划的编制。再是根据《上海市2017工程安装预算定额》，对整个通风空调安装工程进行预算费用统计。最后是通风空调工程项目技术管理和质量管理，包括了施工方案的设计和质量管理的方法等。

Construction Design of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering in JiaDing Hotel

Abstract

This project is JiaDing hotel ventilation and air conditioning construction organization design.
