摘 要
本工程为贵阳市君恒办公综合楼中央空调系统设计,该空调系统为舒适性空调系统。该工程位于贵州省贵阳市。总建筑面积18000平方米,建筑总高度为24.0米,地下1层,地上6层。主要功能:地下1层为停放24辆汽车的停车场,地上1层为办公室、接待室、中央机房和厨房,地上2-6层为办公室、会议室及档案室。
本设计负荷计算采用非稳态方法计算冷负荷,计算出8:00~17:00的逐时冷负荷。各办公室等小面积房间均采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,新风处理到室内空气焓值,通入每个房间,不承担室内负荷;各大型会议室则采用全空气系统。空调水系统设计为一次泵变流量闭式系统。本工程因地处贵阳只需夏季制冷,故采用单螺杆式冷水机组进行制冷,选用一台型号为约克YSBABAS05CCE螺杆式冷水机组,机房布置在地下1层,冷冻水温度为7/12℃,冷却水温度为32/37℃。

The design of central air-conditioning system in the general building of Guiyang City
Abstract
This project is designed for a cadre’s medical health center of Guiyang, and this is a comfortable air conditioning system. This project is located in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province.The total construction has 18,000 square meters, and 24.0 meters high, including one basemen and six floors. Main functions: the basement is a underground park for 24 cars; On the ground floor 1 for office, reception room, central room and kitchen, 2-6 layer on the ground for office, conference room and record room.
The design load calculation cooling load is obtained by using the unsteady method, calculate the hourly cooling load of 8:00 ~ 17:00. The office, a small area room were used in fan coil plus fresh air system, fresh air to indoor air enthalpy value, access to each room, does not bear the load of the room; the large conference room with all air system. Air conditioning water system is designed as a closed system with variable flow pump. Because this project is located in Guiyang, it just need summer cooling.So it adopts the single screw water chiller refrigeration for cooling, and use one model of York YSBABAS05CCE screw water chillers. Decorate room is in the basement floor, chilled water temperature is7/12 ℃, and cooling Water temperature is 32/37 ℃.
