摘 要

施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。

本工程为菁源公寓施工组织设计，建设地点位于苏州市园区京沪高速北，跨阳路东，唯文路北建设单位为苏州工业园区公租房管理有限公司、监理单位为苏州工业园区智宏有限公司、设计单位为苏州新亚勘测设计有限公司。结构类型为框架结构、建筑层数：十六，建筑面积：约78676.15平方米。

本施工组织设计是针对菁源公寓的纲领性文件。设计包括主要以下内容：工程概况、施工准备、施工方案、施工进度计划、资源需用量计划、施工现场平面布置、主要施工控制及保证措施等。

Structure type for the frame structure, architectural layers: 16, building area: 78676.15 square meters.

The construction organization design is aimed at JINGYUAN apartment building engineering construction of the programmatic document. Design includes mainly the following content: the project general situation, construction preparation, construction scheme, construction progress plan, resources to the dosage plan, the construction site layout, main construction control and assurance measures, the analysis of the main technical etc.
