摘 要

施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。本施工组织设计是为望洪镇社会服务配套建设项目5 号楼而进行编制。本施工组织设计首先阐述了工程概况以及施工部署。然后根据工程要求，说明了施工准备以及施工方案的编制。根据施工要求说明了详细的工期进度计划。组织措施保证工程的进度，质量以及安全。依据进度要求以及施工情况，编制了资源计划，使工程连续施工。根据工地现场情况以及施工要求，进行了施工平面布置，使施工现场有序。本施工组织设计是工程项目顺利完成的基础以及重要保证。

ABSTRACT

Construction organization design is the core and soul of construction organizations, and is the whole process of engineering construction projects and the specific arrangements envisaged in the concept, used to guide the construction of the project activities of the whole process of technical, economic and organizational comprehensive document.This construction organization design is for Wang Hongzhen social service supporting construction project 5 building and the preparation. At first, this construction organization design elaborates the general situation of the project and the construction deployment. Then, according to the requirements of the project, it explains the preparation of construction and the construction plan. According to the construction requirements, the detailed schedule of the project is explained. Organizational measures ensure the progress, the quality and the safety of the project. According to the requirements of the progress and the construction conditions, the resource plan is prepared for the continuous construction of the project. According to the site situation and the construction requirements, the construction plane layout is done so that the construction site will be in order. The construction organization design is the foundation and the important guarantee for the smooth completion of the project.
