摘 要

本文依据赣江中心城项目6#楼的设计图纸及相关资料，介绍了本项目的工程概况，确定了施工部署、施工准备、施工方案、技术组织措施、设施规划等方面的内容，编制了进度计划、资源计划，绘制了施工现场平面图。

首先在工程概况的基础上对施工项目进行结构分解，绘制了WBS图。然后确定了本工程的进度安排与空间组织，对主体工程、装修工程进行了流水施工的具体安排，确定了各项流水参数，拟定了工程管理组织机构形式。在此基础之上，介绍了主要分部分项工程的施工方案和技术组织措施，用斑马梦龙软件编制了控制性进度计划和实施性进度计划，并以网络图和横道图的形式呈现出来。资源计划根据进度计划和工程量编制而成，反映了劳动力、钢筋、混凝土等主要资源需用量的动态变化和进出场安排。设施规划以提高施工效率、确保施工安全为原则，对施工现场进行了合理布局。

Construction organization design of Ganjiang central city 6# building

Abstract

Based on the design drawings and relevant materials of building 6 of ganjiang central city project, this paper introduces the project overview, determines the construction deployment, construction preparation, construction plan, technical organization measures, facilities planning and other aspects of the design, compiled the schedule plan, resource plan, and drew the construction site plan.

Firstly, the structure of the construction project is decomposed on the basis of the project overview, and the WBS diagram is drawn. Then the schedule and spatial organization of the project are determined, the principal project and the decoration project are specifically arranged for the flow construction, the flow parameters are determined, and the form of the project management organization is drawn up. On this basis, this paper introduces the construction scheme and technical organization measures of the main sub-projects, and uses Banmamenglong software to compile the control schedule and the implementation schedule, and presents them in the form of network diagram and Gantt chart. The resource plan is compiled according to the schedule plan and the amount of project, which reflects the dynamic change of the amount of labor, steel, concrete and other major resources and the arrangement of entrance and exit. In order to improve the construction efficiency and ensure the construction safety, the layout of the construction site is reasonable.
