摘 要

本研究课题旨在分析乡村景观建筑的前提下,基于南京溧水诸家村的实际案例,对乡村景观建筑进行系统化地分类和研究。本设计通过对诸家村的区位分析、文脉分析、SWOT、感性分析、思路拓展、角色转变、游线制定与分析，在整个乡村环境的大背景下对对乡村景观建筑设计的方法和原则进行了总结和探讨，在对乡村景观建筑设计的研究中分析出当代中国乡村景观建筑的设计特点，以期寻找出江南地区传统聚落符号的共性或独有特征。

Landscape Planning and Design of Zhujia Village, “Wu Xiang·Shannan”——Landscape Architecture

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to systematically classify and study the rural landscape architecture on the premise of analyzing the rural landscape architecture and based on the actual case of Zhujia Village in Lishui, Nanjing. Through the location analysis, context analysis, SWOT, perceptual analysis, train of thought expansion, role change, tour line formulation and analysis of Zhujia Village, this design is based on the location analysis, context analysis, perceptual analysis, train of thought expansion, role change, tour line formulation and analysis. Under the background of the whole rural environment, this paper summarizes and probes into the methods and principles of the rural landscape architecture design, and analyzes the design characteristics of the contemporary Chinese rural landscape architecture in the study of the rural landscape architecture design. In order to find out the common or unique characteristics of traditional settlement symbols in the south of the Yangtze River.

第一章 课题背景

1.1时代背景分析

2018年2月5日，《人民日报》刊登《中共中央 国务院关于实施乡村振兴战略的意见》（简称中央一号文件）。这是新世纪以来中共中央连续发出的第15个指导“三农”工作的“一号文件”。到2035年，乡村振兴取得决定性进展，农业农村现代化基本实现。到2050年，乡村全面振兴，农业强、农村美、农民富全面实现。[^[1]]

在全球文化殖民的时代，国外许多的建筑设计对我国的建筑设计产生了很大的影响。在如此洪流之中中国的乡村景观建筑应该避免国外文化的入侵、殖民，如何弘扬中国传统文化，并且在景观建筑的设计中体现出中国的文化特色，确立具有中国特色的景观建筑设计体系，对于中国景观建筑的发展具有很大的意义。
