摘 要

思想政治教育在社会高速发展的今天，遇到了新情况、新问题，需要有新的内容和新的方法，只有把握新的规律和教育途径，把思想政治教育工作做到实处，才能提高整个中华民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质。随着残疾人事业的不断发展，残疾人群体以百折不挠的毅力、自强不息的精神，在学习、工作和生活中克服重重困境，跨越种种障碍，创造了众多感人肺腑、可歌可泣的业绩。

残疾人群体是社会中的特殊群体，也是思想政治教育工作中的特别教育对象，从他们的身上，我们可以体悟到一种强大的精神力量，这种残疾人精神已然成为了思想政治教育内容的一部分。本文以如何将残疾人精神与思想政治教育工作有机结合为切入点，通过研究思想政治教育内涵及其特点、残疾人精神的内涵及其特点，找到二者的关系，并尝试将残疾人精神作为丰富思想政治教育工作的一大亮点而运用于其他社会群体，探究残疾人精神在思想政治教育工作中的具体应用与发展途径。

Abstract

Nowadays, in the rapid development of society, due to encountered the new situation and new problems, ideological and political education needs new contents and new methods. Only to grasp the new means of law and education, implement the work of ideological and political education, the entire Chinese nation's ideological , moral qualities , scientific and cultural qualities can be improved. With the continuous development of the cause of the disabled, in their study, work and life, the disabled group with indomitable perseverance, indomitable spirit beyond misfortunes, overcome difficulties to create an epic performance.

The disabled group is a special group in society, and it is also a special object in the ideological and political education. From them, we can feel a strong spiritual power which has already become a part of the contents of ideological and political education. In this paper, how to combine the spirit of the disabled with the ideological and political education becomes a breakthrough point, Through the study of the connotation and characteristics of the spirit of the disabled, as well as the ideological and political education content and its characteristics, to find out the connection between them. What is more, this article will try to take spirit of the disabled as a rich breeding one of the highlights of the ideological and political education, so as to transport it to other social groups. At the same time , it is a important part to explore the the spirit of the disabled in the ideological and political education work of the specific application and development way.

1.1研究背景

在互联网时代高速发展的今天，为全面建成小康社会，实现伟大的中国梦，必须要贯彻落实好社会主义核心价值观，关键要从人的思想观和价值观着手，做好人的思想政治教育工作。

思想政治教育的主体是人，此中残疾人群体是思想政治教育工作的特殊对象。残疾人因自身某些缺陷和功能障碍，在思想政治教育上获得了特殊的关注和特别的教育方式，同时残疾人群体在自我完善和自我发展的过程中，又有着普通人难以体会的艰辛历程。随着残疾人事业的不断发展，社会各地涌现出另人敬佩的道德模范、自强之星、奥运冠军、公益大使等残疾人代表，这些残疾人形象、残疾人事迹极大丰富了思想政治教育的典型范例、树立了精神榜样，而他们在这其中体现出的顽强拼搏、自强不息的精神和对于社会无私奉献的品质更是丰富了思想政治教育工作所要向社会传达的内容。

因此可以说思想政治教育工作与残疾人精神相辅相成，随着残疾人小康进程的推进、和谐社会的构建，加强促进人的心理健康和谐，增强人文关怀变得尤为重要。通过研究残疾人精神在思想政治教育工作领域中的应用与发展，一则能够推进思想政治教育学科建设的科学性和规范性，丰富思想政治教育的具体方法；二则有利于构建残疾人和思想政治教育工作的桥梁，将残疾人精神与思想政治教育工作融会贯通，更好地将残疾人精神运用于其他群体的思想政治教育工作中去。
