摘 要

目前我国正逐步进入老龄化社会，随着老年人的人口数量逐年增加和城市发展速度的不断提升，同时越来越多的家庭已然是核心家庭，城市空巢老人的数量也在不断增加，其中空巢老人由于长时间的空巢期以及一些外在内在因素也会带来诸多问题：一方面是生理物质上的不方便，另一方面也会产生心理问题比如精神状况不佳，空巢老人也成为相对典型的弱势群体，近年来，政府和社会的焦点也越来越多的放在了关注城市空巢老人社会支持上。本文旨在用社会工作的视角研究城市空巢老人社会支持网络的构建，以及就目前空巢老年人社会支持体系中存在的各种问题和现状，进行科学分析探讨，同时对以后城市空巢老人社会支持网络的建构提出可行性建议。

Research on the Construction of Social Support Network for the Urban Empty Nesters from the Perspective of Social Work

Abstract

At present, China is gradually entering an aging society. As the number of elderly people increases year by year and the speed of urban development continues to increase, at the same time, more and more families are already nuclear families, and the number of urban empty nest elderly is also increasing. Meeting the increasing psychological and physical needs of the elderly is a major problem that the government and society need to think about and solve. Among them, the empty nest old people will also bring many problems due to the long empty nest period and some external and internal factors: On the one hand, it is inconvenient in terms of physical material, on the other hand, it also causes psychological problems such as poor mental condition, and the empty nest elderly also become a relatively typical vulnerable group. In the last few years, the element of the government and society has increasingly been on the social support of the elderly living in empty cities. This article aims to study the construction of the urban empty nest elderly social support network from the perspective of social work, look for the problems in the empty nest elderly social support system, and conduct scientific analysis and discussion. At the same time, the future urban empty nest elderly social support network The construction of the proposed feasibility.

第一章 绪论

一、研究背景

近几十年我国经济实力不断提高和科技也在快速发展，人口数量也在不断增加，但由于一定历史时期的生育政策，对我国社会发展也产生了一定的影响，与之而来的也是我国正逐步走入人口老龄化、人口高龄化的社会，我国老龄化人数在不断地增加。截至2019年底，我国65周岁及以上老年人口达到17603万人，占总人口的12.6%，对比2018年增加0.7%，我国人口高龄化的速度在逐渐加快。中健联盟产业研究中心对2009年-2019年我国老龄人口的发展趋势和人口结构分析得出我国老龄化形势日益严峻，65岁以上老龄人口增长速度高于全国老龄人口，专家预测2030年，空巢老人家庭将成为我国未来家庭的主要结构形式。^[1]

当前我国现代化社会工业社会，经济包括科技及文化各个领域在不断发展的同时，人口年龄结构也在不断进行优化并进行重大调整，推动经济社会发展的过程同时也必定会给其带来许多问题，而老年人口老龄化高龄化就是其中的一个重大问题，我国老龄化的历史深度也在不断加深，老年人问题也成为我们和社会日益关切的一个社会热点话题。而在老年人当中还有着一个特殊的群体—城市空巢老人。时代变迁、经济变革，越来越多的年轻人选择去大城市或经济相对发达的地区定居就业拼搏，另一方面核心家庭成为了现今家庭的主要类型，这一定程度上也说明了未来城市空巢老人家庭将成为主流。尽管他们当中有着一定的经济收入，但是无法满足的精神需求和缺少一定的子女、社区等的社会支持，这时候就需要发挥全社会的共同支持作用。
