研究目的:明确不同土地利用方式下沉积物中硝态氮氨化(dnra)速率,分别从理化性质及土壤微生物结构多样性角度解释其变化差异,进一步得到其决定性因素,为预估与调控温室气体n2o的排放提供理论依据。
