摘 要

随着经济全球化趋势的进一步增强，市场竞争更加激烈，企业为了加强自身竞争力不得不与上下游企业共同合作。在现代科学技术革命与信息技术的指导下，供应链管理模式应运而生。供应链整合了各个企业的竞争优势，从而使企业在市场中获得足够的竞争力。供应链管理受到了越来越多的企业的重视，获得了长足的发展。

本文从外部供应链管理集成的角度对中兴供应链物流模式进行研究，主要内容是：研究和设计集成化的供应链管理，通过系统管理、采购管理、库存管理以及查询管理对中兴的供应链进行分析。本文首先分析了供应链的产生背景以及发展现状，然后分析了中兴的供应链模式，从而针对地设计了相符合的供应链系统。具体包括系统的总体需求，数据库以及开发工具的选用，MVC三层体系的搭建在系统中的应用。Java EE平台是较完善的企业级Java开发平台，由于其卓越的可扩展性及稳定性，在金融、电信等领域被广泛应用。本文针对Java EE多层体系结构、关键设计模式进行研究，主要基于Struts2、Spring和Hibernate框架。Struts是Apache软件下的一个源自模型、视图、控制设计模式的开放源代码项目，是MVC的一种实现。本文主要负责本系统中的框架技术部分，来增强系统的扩展性和可维护性。

The framework design and project management of ZTE software supply chain system based on JAVA EE

Abstract

With the trend of economic globalization further enhanced, market competition is more intense, Enterprises in order to strengthen their own competitiveness and cooperation with the upstream and downstream enterprises. Under the guidance of modern science and technology revolution and information technology, supply chain management pattern arises at the historic moment. Supply chain integrates the competitive advantages of each enterprise, so that enterprises in the market to obtain sufficient competitiveness. The supply chain has been paid more and more attention by the enterprise, and has obtained the considerable development.

From the external supply chain integration management point of view, this paper has made research on ZTE supply chain logistics mode, main content is: research and design of integrated supply chain management, through the system management, procurement management, inventory management and query management on ZTE supply chain were analyzed. This paper firstly analyzes the background of the supply chain and the development status, and then analyzes the ZTE supply chain model, which is designed to meet the supply chain system. Specifically, including the overall system requirements, database and development tools, the use of MVC three layer system to build the system in the application. Java EE platform is a perfect enterprise Java development platform, because of its excellent scalability and stability, in the financial, telecommunications and other fields are widely used. In this paper, the Java EE multi tier architecture, the key design patterns are studied, mainly based on the Struts2, Spring and Hibernate framework. Apache is a Struts software from the model, view, control design model of open source projects, MVC is a kind of implementation. This paper is mainly responsible for the framework of the system, to enhance the scalability and maintainability of the system.

1.1引言

20世纪90年代开始的经济全球化，加强了各国之间的联系。经济全球化是世界各国经济紧密联系的结果，通过贸易、现金流的流动、信息技术的发展，是全球经济高速发展的必然结果。21世纪是信息时代，企业如何有效利用最先进的信息技术对企业的发展起到了直接的影响。激烈的竞争市场使得企业将竞争的注意点转移到供应链之间的竞争上。现代科技给了人们全球交流的机会，跨国大企业思科、亚马逊、微软等公司都重视供应链管理并且获得了有效的成果，引领全球进入一个全新的供应链管理时代。

在工业化初始社会，许多工作都是夹杂在一起完成，缺少统一的分工与调度，这样的生产作坊是主要的生产存在形式，其生产效率普遍较低。当到了后工业时代，社会开始强调效率和分工，并普遍认为，整体利益得到保障的充分条件是本体单位的效率达到最高。然而，这种过分强制分工和局部最优化的思想剥夺了个体单位之间的联系，削弱了整体的观念。随着全球经济的快速发展和科技水平的不断提高，全世界都覆盖在信息网络下，各个企业也都面临着不一样的市场环境，商业市场竞争变得越来越激烈。由企业主导的稳定市场环境逐渐向由顾客需求导向的动态环境转变。以往的管理模式受到严重的挑战。基于以上场景，人们开发了供应链管理模式来应对这种变化。
