摘 要

随着经济快速发展，科技水平不断提高，手机已经成为现代大多数人不可缺少的工具，手机的硬件配置越来越强，安装的软件也越来越丰富，如在线支付、网上购物、购票等功能软件早已普及。而完善的售后服务系统不仅是对消费者的一种保障也是评价一个公司、网站综合能力的重要尺度，因此一款可以在线申请售后服务并且追踪售后服务处理进度的软件是顺应时代要求的。

目前市面上已经出现好多款附属于购物系统的售后服务App，人们可以在线退、换货物、跟踪售后服务处理进度。而本文设计的这款售后App是面向广大用户的，它不局限于购物系统的售后处理，它可以在线申请任何一种类型产品的售后服务，并选择服务方式。

本文主要介绍服务器端的开发和数据库的连接。服务器端功能的实现主要使用sql语句处理数据库完成对订单信息、管理员信息、用户信息的管理。网页设计使用不需要编写大量java语言的html标签。至于数据库的连接本文使用的是JDBC方式。将订单审核过程分为待受理、已受理、已处理等多种状态，用户根据订单状态追踪订单处理进度。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of economy, the level of science and technology continues to increase, mobile phones have become an indispensable tool for most modern people, the hardware configuration of mobile phones is getting stronger and stronger, and the installed software is becoming more and more abundant, functions such as online payment, online shopping, and ticket purchase have long been popularized. A perfect after-sales service system is not only a guarantee for consumers but also an important measure for evaluating the comprehensive capabilities of a company and website. Therefore, a software that can apply for after-sales service online and track the progress of after-sales service processing is in conformity with the requirements of the times.

There are many types of after-sales service app that is attached to the shopping system on the market. People can withdraw and exchange goods online and track the progress of after-sales service processing. The After-sale App designed by this article is for the majority of users, it is not limited to the after-sales processing of the shopping system, it can apply for online after-sales service of any type of product, and choose the service method.

This article mainly introduces the server-side development and database connection. The realization of the server-side function mainly uses the sql statement processing database to complete the management of order information, administrator information, and user information. Web design uses html tags that do not require writing a lot of java language. As for the database connection, this article uses the JDBC method. The order review process is divided into a variety of states, such as pending, accepted, and processed, and the user tracks the order processing progress according to the order status.
