生物质催化气化实验研究毕业论文

摘 要

生物质能作为当下新能源开发研究的重点,其本身具备绿色清洁,可再生的特点,并且在世界范围内生物质能取之不尽用之不竭。到目前为止生物质能的利用仍处于起步阶段,多年前我们就已经开发出多种利用方式,但生物质由于其本身特性(富含木质素和纤维素)的原因,在各种开发利用中都会出现不同的问题,其中最主要的是在热化学利用中会出现大量的焦油,降低了生物质热化学转化的效率,同时对器材的使用造成了影响。

目前针对生物质气化过程所使用的催化剂种类主要有四种,本文主要采用天然矿石作为生物质气化过程的催化剂。首先研究的不同的工艺参数对生物质气化的影响,之后将天然矿石进行不同的预处理,再与生物质原材料进行预混合,不仅研究了不同的天然矿石对生物质气化过程的影响,同时还研究了同样的矿石不同的预处理方式之后所表现出来的催化性能。

实验结果表明本文所选取的天然矿石对生物质气化过程有催化效果,矿石催化剂的添加均不同程度的降低了合成气中H2含量。XY时,H2含量仅为40.4%。合成气中CO2、CO和CH4含量均有所增加,这表明矿石催化剂在焦油裂解中起到积极作用。OL和ED煅烧前后催化性能相似,XY煅烧前后催化性能差距较大。与无添加相比,催化剂在不同程度上降低了H2 CO总含量。从合成气中H2 CO总含量和H2/CO比的角度来看,C-OL效果较好。OL和C-XY对合成气LHV的提升较为明显。

Experimental study on Biomass Gasification Catalysis

Abstract

Biomass energy is the focus of new energy research and development. It's green, clean and renewable, and it's available all over the world. So far, the use of biomass energy is still in its infancy, and we have developed a variety of tilization methods many years ago, but due to its own characteristics (rich in lignin and cellulose), biomass is in various development and utilization Different problems will occur, the most important of which is that a large amount of tar will appear in the thermochemical utilization, which reduces the efficiency of biomass thermochemical conversion and at the same time affects the use of equipment.

This article mainly studies the influence of catalyst on biomass gasification process and results. There are four main types of catalysts used in the biomass gasification process. In this paper, natural ores are mainly used as catalysts in the biomass gasification process. First, the effect of different process parameters on biomass gasification was studied, and then the natural ore was pretreated differently, and then pre-mixed with biomass raw materials. Not only the effects of different natural ores on the biomass gasification process were studied, At the same time, the catalytic performance of the same ore after different pretreatment methods was also studied.

The experimental results show that the natural ore selected in this paper has a catalytic effect on the biomass gasification process, and the addition of ore catalysts reduces the H2 content in the syngas to varying degrees. At XY, the H2 content is only 40.4%. The contents of CO2, CO and CH4 in the synthesis gas have increased, which indicates that the ore catalyst plays an active role in tar cracking. The catalytic performance of OL and ED is similar before and after calcination, and the gap between catalytic performance of XY and calcination is large. Compared with no addition, the catalyst reduced the total H2 CO content to varying degrees. From the perspective of total H2 CO content and H2 / CO ratio in syngas, C-OL has a better effect. OL and C-XY significantly improved the syngas LHV.
