摘 要
随着科技的不断进步,空调系统在改善人们生活质量,提高国民生产水平的同时,也带来了一些问题。其中,高耗能一直是困扰行业多年的问题之一。在空气处理过程中,对于集中式,半集中式等大型空调系统,新风的风量比例往往控制在总送风量的10%-40%之间,却占用了大部分的冷量消耗,相当于消耗了大部分的电能。为了缓解新风的高能耗问题所带来的资源浪费,空调新风回热器应用而生。
空调新风回热器是一种利用室内排风与室外新风温差进行换热的设备。在寒冷季节,温度较高的室内排风预加热进入室内的新风,减少加热设备的热负荷;在炎热季节,温度较低的室内排风预冷却进入室内的新风,减少制冷设备的冷负荷。从而达到节约能源的目的。回热器的应用,有效改善了新风处理的高耗能问题。虽然在一定程度上增加了设备的安装和使用成本以及系统复杂性,但是从长远的角度来看,高效环保的回热器所带来的节能价值仍然是可观的。
本论文旨在浅析国内外回热器的研究现状,并简要概述不同种类回热器的工作原理与性能。文中所述空调新风回热器为热管式回热器,通过利用工作介质的相变进行换热,具有良好的换热效果。并通过理论计算完成对冬季和夏季装置的换热过程、管束结构设计、阻力压降的分析,得出课题条件下新风回热器的性能分析结果。

Design for 25500Nm3/h fresh air regenerator of air conditioner
ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of science and technology, the life quality of people and national production level have been improved by the air conditioner.However ,in air condition process, for centralized, and other large semi-central air conditioning system, fresh air volume ratio is often controlled between 10% - 40% of total air output.This will consume lots of cooling capacities, which means a plenty of electricity power are consumed.To solve this problem,the fresh air regenerator of air conditioner has been produced.
The fresh air regenerator transfer the heat between the fresh air and exhaust air by using the temperature difference. In the cold season, the exhaust air with high temperature is preheated the fresh air to reduce the heat load of the heating equipment. During the hot season, the cold fresh air is pre-cooled by the exhaust air to reduce the cooling load of refrigeration equipment .In this case, the energy can be saved .The application of the regenerator can efficiently improve the hign energy consumption problem of the fresh air processing.Although it will increase the cost of the equipment installation and system complexity, for the long period it still has a consigerable value for consumption saving.
Current research status of regenerator is analyzed and the working principle and performances of different type of regenerator are introduced in this paper. The heat pipe type regenerator is selected in this paper. The heat pipe has a good heat transfer performance by utilizing the phase change of the working fluid. The heat transfer process, structure of the tube bundle and pressure drop under winter and summer operating conditions are analyzed by using the theoretical calculation. Finally, the performance analysis of the fresh air regenerator under given operating conditions have been presented as well.
