1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容、要求、设计方案、规划等
根据年产15万m3纤维板生产线、纤维干燥排气量为30万m3,在充分认识其大风量和低浓度细微颗粒物(粒径在10-200μm)与挥发性有机物(vocs)的排气特点,设计一套针对其排气中细微固体颗粒物和vocs净化的装置。
净化要求:对于初始细微颗粒物浓度为50-100g/m3和g/m3,净化后其排放浓度小于20mg/m3;对于初始tvoc浓度为200g/m3,净化后排气中甲醛和非甲烷总烃的浓度分别为20g/m3和100g/m3。
设计内容与要求具体如下:(1)设计一台套含污废气的净化装置;(2)净化装置功能:能够高效净化和去除排气中的思维颗粒物和vocs,且设备投入和运行费用低。
