摘 要

近年来，随着我国汽车保有量的迅速上涨，整车销售的利润开始逐渐下滑，中国汽车市场的重心逐渐由整车销售向汽车后市场偏移，预计未来几年中国汽车后市场利润将继续保持稳定增长。其中，汽车服务备件的管理占据了相当大的比重，同时也具有极大的发展前景，所以就目前来看，想要在中国汽车后市场中占据主导地位，必须把握机遇，做好对汽车服务备件的管理，而其管理的关键则是服务备件的库存管理，通过合理地减少库存数量及有效降低库存成本，提高库存的流动性，将能为企业带来巨大利益。

本文以神龙汽车公司的服务备件库存管理为研究对象，从一级销售商的角度出发，分析其目前在汽车服务备件库存管理上出现的问题及其原因，提出相应的改进对策。

本文首先介绍了研究背景和研究意义，对神龙公司目前的汽车服务备件管理现状进行研究分析，发现在备件分类方面神龙公司采用的分类方法仍有缺陷，分类指标单一，缺乏对备件需求价值及生命周期方面的考虑，同时在库存控制方面存在库存积压和缺货等问题，控制策略缺乏针对性。通过对目前市场上神龙公司不同服务备件的需求状况和备件生命周期进行分析，结合ABC-XYZ矩阵法对备件进行分类确定备件种类。然后采用（Q,R），（s,S），（t,S）三种库存控制模型，根据不同种类的备件确定针对性的库存控制策略。运用时间序列分析法中的指数平滑法进行备件的需求预测，确定库存控制模型中的相关参数。最后，结合整个优化方案，对神龙公司服务备件库存管理提出相应改进措施与建议。

In recent years, with the rapid increase in China's car ownership, vehicle sales profits began to decline gradually, the focus of China's auto market gradually shift from the vehicle sales to the automotive aftermarkets. expected in the next few years,the profit of China's auto market will maintain a steady growth. Among them, the management of automotive service spare parts occupy a considerable proportion, but also has great prospects for development, so for now, if you want to dominate the vehicle aftermarket, you must seize the opportunity to do a good job of car service Spare parts management, and the key of its management is spare parts inventory management, through a reasonable reduction in the number of stocks and effectively reduce inventory costs,Improve the liquidity of commodity inventory, will bring great benefits for the enterprise.

In this paper, taking the DONGFENG PEUGEOT CITROEN AUTOMOBILE（DPCA） Company's spare parts inventory management as the object of study, from the point of view of Level supplier to analyze its current automotive service spare parts inventory management problems and its cause.And put forward the corresponding improvement measures.

This paper first introduces the research background and research significance, and analyzes the present situation of the management of spare parts of automobile service in DPCA Company. It is found that the classification method used by DPCA Company.is still flawed in the classification of spare parts, and the classification index is single, lack of spare parts demand value and life Cycle considerations, while inventory control in the presence of inventory backlog and out of stock problems, lack of targeted control strategy. Through the analysis of the demand situation and the spare part life cycle of different service spare parts of DPCA Company on the market, the spare parts are sorted by ABC-XYZ classification to determine the spare parts. Then, (R, Q) (s, S) (t, S) three kinds of inventory control model, according to different types of spare parts to determine the targeted inventory control strategy. The exponential smoothing method in time series analysis is used to forecast the demand of spare parts, and the relevant parameters in the inventory control model are determined. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions on the inventory management of spare parts of DPCA Company in combination with the whole optimization scheme.
