摘 要

运筹学是一门关于优化的学科，其研究的内容是先通过对研究对象建立相关的模型再利用相关的方法对所建立的模型进行求解，目标是对所研究的问题进行优化以求效益最大化。本文围绕向荣公司组织生产的全过程即企业厂房的选址、原材料采购、人员招聘、生产管理、物流管理、销售管理、设备维修与更新等，通过运筹学解决问题的基本步骤即提出和形成问题，建立模型，利用WinQsb、Matlab等软件求解，对所求解的检验，以及解的实施和控制来为企业在生产管理过程中的有关问题的解决提供相对可靠的决策。从而使企业最大限度的提高利润，降低成本。

The Applied Research of Operational Research in Enterprise’s Production and Management Process

ABSTRACT

The operational research is a discipline concerning about optimization.Its research content is to build relevant models of the problems and then use relevant methods to resolve them,aiming at optimize the problems and get the biggest effectiveness. This paper focuses on Xiang Rong enterprise’s production process such as process-site selection of enterprise, raw material procurement,staff recruitment, production management, logistics management, sales management, equipment repair and renewal etc to provide relatively reliable decisions of enterprise’s production and management problems by using the basic steps of resolution of problems of operational research—ask and form problems,build up models,search for answers by using the softwares likeWinQsb、Matlab,inspect the answers,implement and control the decisions,which can maximize enterprise’s profit.
