摘 要

随着江苏经济的不断发展，果蔬供应模式得到十足的发展，但是其成果并不是十分的明显。供应时间长，消耗大，成本高等问题都没有得到完善。这些问题都严重制约了江苏省果蔬供应的发展。在当今的供应模式下，损失的占比率高达25%以上，相比于发达国家的低于5%的损失率，我省的供应模式的优化显得十分紧急和必要。

本文结合我省的果蔬类产品的供应模式现状和拉式供应链的要义，发现我省供应模式存在的问题，对我省的供应模式进行了优化研究。提出“三位合一”的方法研究，即：供应主体、配送中心、销售主体为一体化的研究优化，建立了一体化的供应模式，通过优化主体，让农户的参与到农业经济合作社来参与供应，让农户不在处于弱势地位，同时还实现了商物分离、信息共享。采用了聚类分析的方法，将江苏省13个地级市的果蔬产量、销售额、运输里程和邮电通讯水平等作为反应物供应结点层次划分依据，然后根据不同的供应层次建立不同的配送中心。然后针对以上的问题，对江苏省果蔬类产品的进行优化。最后相关的建议措施得以提出，即：要保障果蔬类产品的供应模式能够的得到优化，提出了要供应结构创新、基础设施的建设加强，在供应过程中以消费者的需求作为目标，对果蔬类这类物品供应的社会化水平加以改善，加大政府政策和技术支持，加强相关人才的培养。

The Study of Structure and Processes on The Pull Supply Chain of Fruit and Vegetable Products in Jiangsu Province

ABSTRACT

With the continuous economic development in Jiangsu province,supply of fruits and vegetables get the full development,but the results are not very clear.The problems of supplying for a long time,high consumption and high cost are not solved effectively.These problems have seriously restricted the development of the supply of fruits and vegetables in Jiangsu province.In the current supply mode,The loss rate is more than 25%.The optimization of the province's supply mode is very urgent and necessary,compared the loss rate of less than 5% in developed countries.

In the paper,we combined our province’s fruit and vegetable products supply pattern status and pull supply chain,we found many problems in our province’s supply mode.And then,we optimized the supply mode.By proposing "three-in-one" approach research,we optimized the suppliers,distribution center and the sales.The establishment of integrated supply mode,more farmers participate in agricultural economic cooperatives.Farmers are not in a weak position.Moreover,we also achieved separated suppliers, information sharing.Using cluster analysis,we create different distribution centers depending on the supply levels at the basis of the fruit and vegetable production,sales, transport and postal communications level of mileage in the 13 prefecture-level cities of Jiangsu Province.Then view of the above problems, we optimize fruit and vegetable products in Jiangsu.Finally,we take some measures to solve these problems.Firstly,we should guarantee the supply of fruit and vegetable products can be optimized mode.Secondly,it raised the need to structure innovative supply.Thirdly,it should strengthen infrastructure construction.Fourthly,we should take the consumer demand as a goal in the provisioning process.Fifthly,it should improve the degree of socialization supply of fruit and vegetable products.The sixth point,it should increase government policy and technical support.The seventh point, it should strengthen the training of relevant personnel.
