ABSTRACT

With the development of China's highway transportation industry and the popularization of vehicles, we can now travel quickly and effectively, but the attendant problem is: traffic accidents have increased accordingly, and the size of faulty models vary, in view of this situation, wrecker came into being. Wrecker means a special car with road rescue operation equipment,it is necessary for a wrecker to be able to timely transport the breakdown car to ensure smooth traffic. However, there are many problems in China, such as large space occupied, slow cleaning speed, inability to move quickly, weak mobility and easy to cause secondary damage to cars. Therefore,the demand for wrecker is also growing, the function of the wrecker is also increasing. The new type of wrecker will replace the old-fashioned wrecker, safe operation, fast is two important indicators of the vehicle, now the wrecker is personalized, humanized, high efficiency of the form of development. The lifting wrecker can solve the problem. CATIA software is used to model and modify the actual size to ensure no interference between parts.Besides ,it is used to check and modify the size of the parts again, so that each part can achieve lightweight loading system under the premise of ensuring normal operation.

1.1 Research purpose and significance

At present, the technology of domestic distress personnel can only meet the basic rescue and remedial measures, and the application of intelligent monitoring instruments is less.
