桑塔纳1.6L轿车制动系统设计毕业论文

摘 要

随着轿车速度的不断变快和人们对轿车安全性要求的提高,轿车制动系统显得越来越重要。而鼓式刹车装置作为目前在经济型轿车中使用的最多的一种摩擦刹车装置,却还存在着许多问题。因此改进它机构中存在的问题,使其能够稳定、高效运行的研究对整个轿车行业的发展来说意义重大。

本论文是以实际产品为基础,并结合理论设计的要求,对桑塔纳轿车的制动系统进行结构形式的选择、主要参数的计算、零件的选择设计和结构的校核计算等。在设计计算过程中通过查阅大量资料并联系实际情况不断进行修改、优化,力求使所设计的刹车装置与目标车辆更加的相匹配。

Abstract

As the vehicle speed becomes faster and people constantly improve vehicle safety requirements, brake systems become increasingly important. The drum brake as a friction brake is currently the most used in the economy car, and still there are many problems. 1 Introduction

1.1 Research Purpose and Significance of the Question

We know that under the condition of ensuring safe driving, in order to improve the transportation efficiency, cars should be driven at high speeds as much as possible, but they also need to slow down and stop. The braking system is the most important system in ensuring the safe driving of cars. Nowadays, with the increasing complexity of road traffic conditions and the increase in traffic volume, the number of braking systems we use during normal driving is increasing. This requires that our braking system must have higher performance and more Long service life. It is envisaged that if the braking system cannot be reliable when braking is needed, the rapid response will decelerate and stop the car, which will cause great damage to the life safety and property of the occupants.
