电流电压互感器测试仪信息通道输出模块设计毕业论文

摘 要

本次设计借助PCB 设计软件Altium Designer 16完成了对电压电流互感器测试仪进行了电路原理以及电路印制板的设计。在整体方案设计的讨论时,起初设定了两种方案,第一种是利用DSP计算处理芯片作为主处理芯片,其主要在数据计算处理方面有很强大的实用性;第二种方案是利用了ARM架构的STM32芯片作为主控制芯片进行设计。在当今的无论是科技理论上还是实际的应用的反馈机制中,处理的速度越来越受到重视,也可以说是可靠性的必要的条件之一。因此在最终考虑到仪器主要的实用性功能是进行数据的计算和分析,因此最终选择了方案一作为执行方案进行设计。本设计最终可以实现的功能有:输出电压的测量、感应电压的测量以及试验电压的测量。

该论文主要研究了电压电流互感测试仪的信息通道模块的设计以及数据输出模块的设计。

研究结果表明:本次设计所使用的方法切实可行可以达到测试仪测量分析的目的。

本文的特色:本文主要特色是抛开了以往在做课程设计时的所有的仅有理论作为最终结果而忽视了结果的可行性,本设计中最终将实物PCB印制板设计生产出来在理论的基础上加以实践以及数据的证明,称得上是一次比较完整的设计。

Abstract

This design use PCB design software, Altium Designer 16, to complete the design of the vo -ltage current transformer test instrument and printed circuit board. In the beginning of whole sch -eme design is discussed, initially we set the two solutions, the first is to us DSP processing chip as the main processing chip, the main data calculation processing has very strong practicab- ility; the second scheme is to use the arm architecture STM32 chip as the main control chip in this des -ign. Now a days ,the science and technology are both theory and practical application of the fee -dback mechanism, the processing speed is paid more and more attention, but also it can be said to be one of the necessary conditions of reliability. So in the end to take into account the practical function of the main instrument is to calculate and analyze the data, so the final choice of a desig -n scheme as. This design can realize the function: measurement, induction voltage output voltag -e measurement and test voltage.

This paper mainly studies the design of information channel module voltage current transf -ormer testing instrument design and data output module. The results show that the method used in this design is feasible and can achieve the purpose of measuring and analyzing.

The characteristics of this paper: the main characteristics of the paper is to put aside the past in curriculum design to do all the only theory as the final result and ignore the results of the feasi -bility, the design will eventually physical PCB printed board design and production out of pract -ice and data is demonstrated in theory, be regarded as a relatively complete design.
