摘 要

随着科技的发展，以及人们对生活质量的要求逐步加深，酒店质量也逐步提高，为了给广大客户提供方便，酒店客房管理系统诞生了。本系统首先进行系统加载登录，其次实现了管理员对酒店员工基本信息、培训信息、奖罚信息、薪资信息的增删改查操作；实现了管理员对酒店部门信息的查询与管理功能；实现了管理员对客户信息的增删改查操作；实现了客服结账的功能；实现了客户查询客房信息并预订客房的功能；实现了酒店宣传的功能，包含对酒店历史背景、客房环境以及居住环境的文字介绍以及图片展示。最后本系统保护管理员以及客服的权限，并且实现了管理员增删以及密码修改的功能。本系统界面优美，功能合理，从51cto以及csdn网站上下载的上百项目中挑出五大项目作为实际参考，完成系统需求；从网站上搜寻相关图片进行美化，打造优美界面。

本系统采用MyEclipse10作为开发平台，Navicat Lite软件作为数据库软件，本系统设计的重点是创建一个酒店客房管理系统，满足酒店日常管理需要。

本系统在现有的酒店客房管理系统中添加了宣传环节，减少了对客户私人信息的关注，实现了匿名入住，有利于酒店竞争更大的市场份额。

本系统对安全性有很大的要求，分别给管理员以及酒店员工设立特定的用户名以及密码。

Hotel Guest Room Management System

Absract

With the development of science and technology,and the increase of people’s requirement to the quality of life,the quality of hotel is increasing.In order to provide customers with convenience,Hotel Guest Room Management System(HGRMS) was born.Firstly,the system has a process to load and login.Followed by that,the system has realized the query and management of the administrator to the hotel staff information,including basic information,training information,reward and punishment information,salary information,the system has realized the query and management of administrator to the hotel department,the system has realized the function that customer service checkout for customers,the system has realized the function that the customer browse and book room,the system has realized the function of hotel publicity,including the text introduction to hotel history background,room environment and living environment and the show of pictures.Finally,the system protect the authority of administrators and customer service,what’s more,the system has realized the function to add or delete administrators and to update the password.The system has beautiful frames and reasonable function.The system has finished requirements by the reference to the five projects choosing from the hundreds of projects downloaded in 51cto and csdn websites.The system has finished beautiful frames by beautifying pictures from the Internet.

The system mainly takes MyEclipse10 as the platform of the development and use Navicat Lite as database software.Compared with that has lived,the system has added propaganda link and decrease the concern on individual information,realized the use that customers live in the hotel not with a real name.Because of this,the hotel can have more competition for the market share.

The system has a great requirement for the security and it sets special user and password for the administrators and the customer service.

近年来，由于我国外交政策的推动，旅游业也逐步发展，国内的酒店运营也随之更新。从事商务活动的人越来越多，辗转各地旅游的人越来越多，因政治需要、交易需要，对洽谈地点有要求的人越来越多，酒店业务越来越繁重，传统的人事管理已经无法满足现代酒店管理的需要，对酒店进行网络化信息管理已成为社会的必然趋势。为了提高酒店在广大客户之间的影响力，使酒店声名远播，从而使酒店在规模上，营业率上获得进一步的提升，提高酒店服务质量，使酒店高效运作是必然的。而一流的酒店运作需要各部门之间的配合与支持，需要各部门之间实现很好的交流，需要与客户进行有效的沟通。
