摘 要

对一个学校来说，通过人力进行信息管理是特别麻烦的事，不仅学校管理不易，学生及家长需要查看学籍等信息的时候也还要找到专门的人员才能查询。随着计算机科学的发展，管理信息系统逐渐在各领域发挥越来越重要的作用，教育管理系统也应运而生。

教育管理系统可以有效的提高教育管理的效率并减少人力物力资源的浪费。目前一个高效实用的管理系统对中小学来说是很急需的。

本文主要研究开发这样一个综合教育平台，这个教育平台应该能够有效地辅助教务人员工作，提高学校学生的学籍、成绩等管理能力，并且能够在一定程度提高学生的学习效率和素质。

这将是一个传统教务系统与远程教育思想相结合新型教育平台，继承了传统教务系统的优点，并极大地扩展其功能，使得该平台能够最大程度的为学生、家长、教师提供优质服务。

ABSTRACT

It's a special trouble to manage information through manpower for a school.Not only school management is not easy, when students and parents need to view the status of the student and other information also to find a special personnel to query. With the development of Computer Science the management information system is gradually playing a more and more important role in various fields and the education management system also arises at the historic moment.

Education management system can effectively improve the efficiency of education management and reduce the waste of human resources and resources.At present, a highly effective and practical management system is badly needed for a school.

Here we mainly studies the development of such a comprehensive education platform.This education platform should be able to effectively assist the educational administration personnel.And it can improve the school student's student status, performance and other management skills.And to some extent, improve the learning efficiency and quality of students.

This will be a new education platform which is a combination of traditional educational administration system and distance education.It inherits the advantages of the traditional educational administration system.And greatly expanded its function.The platform can provide quality service for students, parents and teachers.

第一章 绪论

1.1 课题背景及意义

在计算机的高速发展的今天，各领域都在实现向信息化的过度，各种教育管理系统软件也层出不穷。

目前的教育管理软件主要是进行基本的教学信息的管理，包括学生学籍信息管理、教师管理、课程管理以及成绩管理。并且这些管理软件大部分都是针对高校而设计开发，很多中小学都没有一款实用的教育管理软件，即便有的学校有也只有很少的一部分功能。这就使得很多中小学的信息管理现状是人工管理为主，系统管理为辅。

但是很显然，管理系统能够极大地提高工作效率减少人工成本的投入。管理系统的目的就是要实现系统管理作为主要管理方法，人工只需要配合完成极少的操作就能够完成信息的管理。
