摘 要

在大学生的日常学习生活中，普遍存在时间管理观念不强，学习效率低下，没有明确学涯目标的问题。这些问题也导致了很多大学生混沌度日，无法按期毕业，或者毕业时专业技能差，技术能力与招聘企业要求不符的情况。

为了尽可能改善上述情况，本文以时间管理基本原则为依据，综合考虑高校对大学生的基本要求，设计并实现了一款大学生学涯规划APP，旨在帮助大学生合理安排在校的学习和生活，进而统筹规划学业生涯。首先，采用面向对象方法分析系统需求，确定系统功能，设计系统架构。然后，运用Android开发技术实现系统。最后，完成系统测试。本APP提供了每日、每周、每月、每学期的学习计划推荐和目标推荐功能，同时使用者还可以自己管理计划，以及通过计划执行度评估清楚地了解自己的计划完成情况，以便做出调整。主要开发工具为Android Studio，采用Android自带的内置数据库SQLite存储数据。

本APP在功能和人机交互方面还存在着不足之处。例如推荐计划模块内缺少计划提醒功能、计划执行度评估未能以推送的形式向用户展现、人机交互还不够友好，需要在后续的开发中进行扩展和升级。

Abstract

In the daily learning life of college students, there is a general problem that the concept of time management is not strong, the learning efficiency is low, and there is no clear goal of learning. These problems also led to the chaos of many college students, unable to graduate on schedule, or poor professional skills upon graduation, and the technical ability does not meet the requirements of recruiting companies.

In order to improve the above situation as much as possible, this article is based on the basic principles of time management, comprehensively considering the basic requirements of colleges and universities for college students, and designed and implemented a college student learning plan planning app, designed to help college students reasonably arrange their study and life in school. Then overall planning of academic career. First, it uses an object-oriented approach to analyze system requirements, determine system functions, and design system architecture. Then, use Android development technology to realize the system. Finally, complete the system test. This APP provides daily, weekly, monthly, and semester learning plan recommendation and goal recommendation functions. At the same time, users can also manage the plan by themselves, and clearly understand their plan completion status through the evaluation of the plan execution degree. Make adjustments. The main development tool is Android Studio, which uses Android's built-in database SQLite to store data.

This APP still has deficiencies in terms of functions and human-computer interaction. For example, the recommendation plan module lacks a reminder function, the plan execution evaluation cannot be presented to users in the form of push, and the human-computer interaction is not friendly enough. It needs to be expanded and upgraded in subsequent development.

学涯规划是职涯规划在大学阶段的细化和具体化，是指大学生在了解自己兴趣、性格、职业价值观等自身情况的基础上结合自己的社会关系网络从自身实际和社会需求出发，选择发展道路，确定职业发展的方向，制定在校学习的阶段目标和总体目标，并在此基础上结合发展需要拟定实现目标的步骤和具体实施方法的过程^[1]。
