摘 要

随着知识化、信息化时代的到来，计算机技术的应用已全方位的影响到日常生活和企业的发展，将计算机技术纳入日常生活管理体系是必然的选择，而餐饮管理作为酒店管理的核心，运用先进的计算机技术将繁杂、易出错的工作化为方便、规范的计算机操作已成为不二选择。餐饮管理是指将酒店的日常工作进行有机结合，有效地进行点菜、结账以及管理酒店内各种设施及人员信息，使一切工作显得井井有条，从而提高工作效率。本文借助Microsoft Visual Studio2013编程工具以及SQL Sever 2008数据库，使用C#语言编写了一个基于Windows操作系统的餐饮点餐系统，从餐厅的实际需求出发，对日常餐厅需要用到的各项功能进行了较为完整的设计，如：显示菜品、对顾客的要求作出备注、方便查询消费信息、快捷显示营业额账单、桌台信息管理等一系列实用的功能，并阐述了餐饮系统的具体实现过程以及开发过程中所用到的技术。本课题设计出的点餐系统功能全面，大幅度提高了工作效率和容错率，各个界面风格适合，交互友好，是一款方便实用的点餐系统。

Abstract

With the arrival of knowledge and information age, the application of computer technology has affected the daily life and the development of enterprises, the computer technology into daily life management system is an inevitable choice, and the restaurant management as the core of hotel management, the use of advanced computer technology will be complicated, easy to mistake the work into convenience, standard computer operation has become the choice. Catering management refers to the organic combination of the daily work of the hotel, effective ordering, closing and management of various facilities and personnel information in the hotel, so that all work appears to be in order to improve work efficiency. This thesis uses Microsoft visual studio 2013 programming tools and SQL server 2008 database tools, uses c # language to write a restaurant ordering system based on windows operating system, starting from the actual needs of the restaurant, the daily restaurant needs to use the various functions are more complete design, such as: display dishes, customer requirements for a note, quick display of turnover bills, table information management and a series of practical functions, and describes the specific implementation process of the catering system and the technology used in the development process. The function of the order system designed in this thesis is comprehensive, greatly improves the work efficiency and fault tolerance rate, each interface style is suitable, interactive and friendly, is a convenient and practical ordering system.

绪论

1.1 课题背景

近年来，随着计算机网络技术的飞速发展，餐饮业的竞争也越来越激烈。老一套的人工计菜点餐，并向后台报菜的方式也越来越难以跟上如今高速运转的社会节奏。要想在激烈的竞争环境下生存，必须使用科学的管理思想，运用计算机技术将点餐和人员管理整合，实现一体化操作。这样会大大提高工作效率，避免原来的手工操作的麻烦，从而使整个过程更加精确和有效。

我国的酒店业从80年代开始使用电脑，到90年代初，一些大城市有45%的酒店已经装备。采用计算机进行管理，实现了前、后台服务一次性结账，使酒店条理化、规范化、科学化，极大地提高酒店管理水平和工作效率。作为日益发展的酒店业，着眼于未来，采用计算机进行酒店管理，是与国际星级酒店管理模式接轨的正确政策。计算机的引入，不仅减轻员工的劳动强度，提高工作效率，也将带来可观的经济效益。
