摘 要

乐善好施一直以来都是中华民族的优良美德，社区慈善捐赠是一种每个人都可以参与的慈善行为,不论其经济水平的贫或富,也无论其受教育程度的高或低,只要有爱心,每个人都可以帮助别人。而近些年来，随着人们生活水平的提高和慈善意识的增长，越来越多的社区开始以社区为单位自发的组织进行社区爱心捐赠。但是根据目前的研究，社区人员以前对所收到与捐出的物品的主要记录、管理方式是基于文本记录、表格填写等传统纸笔介质的手工操作，对于物品信息等信息均采用人工抄写、计算与手写填表。数据资料处理记录工作量大，容易出错与丢失，且需要使用相关记录时不易查找。总的来说，目前的社区捐赠活动缺乏系统并且规范的信息管理手段。我们生活在一个信息化的科技时代，社会计算、数据采集和存储工具快速的发展使得我们可以采取计算机软件这种更加先进快捷的方法来进行物品管理操作，这也是设计本系统的初衷。

本系统采用Java语言编写而成，实现系统功能，开发工具是eclipse。使用MySQL数据库实现数据库功能，保证数据的安全可靠，简单易操作。使用了SOCKET通信。

该系统的实现能够完善联盟社区捐赠物品的高效管理，并保障了物品数据的完整性、及时性和安全性。具体的内容请详阅论文的正文部分。

Abstract

Giving has always been the good virtues of the Chinese nation, community charitable giving is a kind of behavior that everyone can participate in, regardless of its level of economic, the education level of high and low, as long as there is love, everyone can help others, to harmonious society construction. In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard and the growth of the charitable consciousness, more and more community began to be spontaneous organizations community community caring donation. But according to the present investigation, the community personnel to receive and donate items before the main way of record is based on text, tables, etc. Via printing.on manual processing, for items such as information are calculated using artificial transcription, and handwritten form. The data processing workload is large, error-prone and lost, and difficult to find. In general, there is a lack of systematic, standardized information management. We are living in an information era of science and technology, social computing, data acquisition and storage tool rapid growth allows us to take a more advanced computer software and fast approach to management operations, it is also the purpose of the design of this system.

This system uses the Java language to write code to implement system functionality, and the development tool is eclipse. Use MySQL to implement database function, ensure the data is safe and reliable, simple and easy to operate. The communication mode of this system uses SOCKET communication.

The implementation of the system can improve the efficient management of donated items in the community, and ensure the integrity, timeliness and safety of the data. Please read the body of the paper in detail.

绪论

课题研究背景及意义

乐善好施一直是中华民族的传统美德,捐赠指不求回报的把有价值的东西赠予别人。社区慈善捐赠是一种每个人都可以参加的行为,不论自身经济水平的贫富,或者是受教育程度的高低,只要拥有一份爱心,每个人都能帮助到需要帮助的人,都可以为这个社会的精神文明建设,以及和谐社会的建设添砖加瓦^[1]。改革开放至今三十多年,我国的慈善事业愈来愈受到党和国家以及社会各界的广泛重视。中国共产党在十六届四中全会的时候就向中国人民提出了提出要不断完善社会救助、社会保险、社会福利和慈善事业互相紧密结合的社会福利制度^[2],充分认可了发展慈善事业对于改善中国民生、促进社会和谐的重要性。2016年11月29日,根据统计，2015年全年,我国一共接收到社会各界捐赠物资总价值合计1100多亿人民币,与2014年同比增长共计66.31亿元,创下历史新高^[3]。

在这样的背景下,如何科学的推动中国福利事业的健康发展,已经成为社会各界广泛关注的热点问题^{[ 11 ]}。我们应该将捐赠活动规范化、社会化,让捐赠物品的接受、管理与分发,改变以往统一捐赠的单一模式,实行“日常捐赠与统一捐赠互相结合”的新模式。目前,社区捐赠管理仍存在着管理不妥、物品坏损、捐赠去向不透明、管理人员徇私舞弊等问题,必须要加强管理,确保捐赠活动的长期开展^[4]。 可以让用户持续投入捐赠活动中的几个因素主要是：品牌信任度、捐赠流程简单、捐赠去向公开透明、反馈及时且详细、项目种类丰富、互动性强^[5]。
