摘 要

近几年，区块链技术对金融科技影响日益加强，在金融领域的应用也越来越多。供应链金融这几年的发展也进入了瓶颈期，而区块链技术的出现，将有望助力供应链金融突破瓶颈期，并推动供应链金融走向绿色健康的发展之路。

本文将基于区块链的技术原理和供应链金融的基本理论，努力构造一个区块链技术与供应链金融相结合的一个具有可持续发展性的商业运作模式。在这种模式中，供应链中的核心企业和资金提供端可以一起管理链上各参与方。在区块链技术和供应链金融的应用平台上，供应链金融中的各级参与企业可以共享交易数据信息，提高交易效率和融资效率。最后，本文也对区块链技术运用在供应链金融领域可能遇到的问题进行了分析，并提出了针对性的建议。

在研究手段方面，本文将采用文献研究法，以区块链技术和供应链金融为研究对象，对相关的国内外文献进行收集、整理、分析、归纳，在此基础上形成自己的理论分析框架；此外，本文还将使用对比分析法，通过国内外区块链技术在供应链金融领域的应用进行比较研究，吸收借鉴国外对区块链技术的研究成果。

在研究内容方面，本文将研究基于区块链技术的供应链金融具体业务模式，目前国内学者对区块链与供应链金融结合的业务模式研究较少，还没有提出一套完整理论模型。

Research on Supply chain finance business model and risk based on blockchain technology

Abstract

In recent years, blockchain technology has increasingly strengthened its influence on financial science and technology, and its application in the financial field is also increasing. The development of supply chain finance has also entered a bottleneck period in recent years, and the emergence of blockchain technology will hopefully help supply chain finance to break through the bottleneck period and push supply chain finance to a green and healthy development path.

Based on the technical principle of blockchain and the basic theory of supply chain finance, this paper tries to construct a sustainable business operation mode which combines blockchain technology with supply chain finance. In this model, the core enterprise and the provider of funds in the supply chain can manage the transaction information data and financial data of all the participants in the chain, including the middle and lower enterprises. Based on the financial service platform of blockchain supply chain, participating enterprises at all levels in the supply chain can share transaction data and information, which greatly improves the openness of supply chain finance It solves the problem of information opacity in traditional supply chain finance, and reduces the operational risk of Information asymmetry. In addition, the use of blockchain technology to develop the supply chain financial system can also reduce the transaction cost of supply chain finance, improve the transaction efficiency and financing efficiency. Finally, the paper also analyzes the problems that the blockchain technology may encounter in the field of supply chain finance, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.

In terms of research methods, this paper intends to adopt the literature research method, take blockchain technology and supply chain finance as the research object, collect, sort out, analyze and summarize relevant domestic and foreign literatures, and form its own theoretical analysis framework on this basis.

In terms of research content, this paper will study the specific business model of supply chain finance based on the principle and technical characteristics of blockchain technology. At present, domestic scholars have few studies on the business model combining blockchain and supply chain finance, and have not put forward a complete theoretical model.

1.1 选题背景

当今世界，社会分工变得更加多样化。它突破了传统的行业边界和企业边界，改变了旧的商业运作模式。近年来，区块链技术得到了各国政府和各大行业越来越多的重视。前段时间，前瞻产业研究院对中国区块链的发展规模做了数据统计和分析。如图1-1所示，2017年国内区块链市场支出规模仅为0.83亿美元，2018年就有了翻倍的增长，可见区块链技术发展之快。根据前瞻产业研究院做的数据预测，到2023年我国的区块链市场支出规模将达到19.5亿美元。区块链市场潜在的价值和巨大的潜力还有待挖掘。区块链如此迅猛的发展速度也吸引了金融行业的关注，最近几年区块链技术与金融科技的结合也日益密切。区块链技术在金融领域的应用有望最先落地在供应链金融领域。

1.2 选题的目的与意义

1.2.1选题的目的

区块链技术具有去中心化、不可篡改、可信任等特点可以为供应链金融领域目前的发展带来生机，但是国内目前对于区块链的研究大都在理论和实验阶段。在供应链金融领域，还没有一个切实可行的，能够将区块链技术与供应链金融系统相结合的应用方案。本文将归纳整理前者对于区块链技术原理和供应链金融基础理论，努力构建一个区块链技术与供应链金融相结合的应用模型，再对区块链技术对驱动下的供应链金融模式目前存在的问题和风险提出可行性的建议。

1.2.2 选题的意义

研究区块链技术如何有效运用到供应链金融体系中，既可以实现供应链各级参与企业合作共赢，解决中小企业“融资难、融资贵”的这一难点问题，也是金融企业创新发展、提高核心竞争力的有效途径。供应链金融的痛点问题包括交易真实性的证明、企业操作成本的降低、中小企业融资难等。供应链金融的发展恰好赶上区块链发展的风口，二者的结合必然成为目前区块链开发的热点领域之一。
