摘 要

在数字经济时代，新兴的区块链技术为金融企业的发展带来了机遇，其去中心化、开放性高和信息不可篡改等特点，可以帮助企业解决原本存在的许多问题。现有的文献主要集中于研究区块链技术在金融创新风险、监管等方面的问题，也很少有将区块链技术与金融企业全面联系起来的。因此，基于区块链技术对金融企业创新行为策略进行分析，不仅利于完善金融企业创新基本理论，还可以促进区块链技术的研究应用，推动金融企业积极进行金融创新。

本文从金融企业基于区块链技术的背景下，对于创新的选择决策行为作为着重切入点。首先概述了区块链技术和金融企业创新等相关基本概念，对区块链技术与金融企业进行了联系研究，然后从区块链技术发展状况、在金融企业创新中应用情况和影响三个方面对区块链技术在金融企业中的创新应用进行分析，再以传统金融企业和新兴金融企业作为两个主体，建立相关的博弈模型，对模型进行稳定性分析，得出结论——大多数情况下积极结合区块链技术主动进行创新是金融企业长期健康发展的最优策略选择，最后从金融企业和政府的角度，对区块链技术背景下金融企业的创新提出建议，有助于金融市场的稳定有序发展。

Analysis on the Innovation Behavior and Strategy of Financial Enterprises Based on Blockchain Technology

Abstract

In the era of digital economy, the emerging blockchain technology has brought opportunities for the development of financial enterprises. Its characteristics of decentralization, high openness, and non-tampering of information can help enterprises solve many existing problems.Existing literature mainly focuses on the problems of blockchain technology in financial innovation risks and supervision,and few of them fully link blockchain technology with financial companies.Therefore, the analysis of financial enterprise innovation behavior strategies based on blockchain technology is not only conducive to improving the basic theory of financial enterprise innovation, but also can promote the research and application of blockchain technology and promote financial enterprises to make financial innovation actively.

This article focuses on the innovative decision-making behavior of financial companies based on the blockchain technology background.First, it outlines related basic concepts such as blockchain technology and financial enterprise innovation, and conducts research on the relationship between blockchain technology and financial companies.Then, it analyzes the innovative application of blockchain technology in financial enterprises from three aspects: the development status of blockchain technology, its application in financial enterprises and its impact.Then take traditional financial companies and emerging financial companies as the two main bodies, establish relevant game models, and analyze the stability of the models.It is concluded that active innovation combined with blockchain technology is the best strategy choice for the long-term healthy development of financial enterprises in most cases, Finally, from financial companies’ and the government’s point of view, suggestions on the innovation of financial companies in the context of blockchain technology are helpful to the stable and orderly development of the financial market.

1.1 选题背景与研究意义

在比特币迅速发展之后，区块链技术也成为各个领域重点关注的对象。目前，我国经济转型工作迎来了关键转折点，而通过新型互联网科技来驱动经济创新已成为热门经济手段。同时，金融企业作为经济发展的中坚力量，正面临发展瓶颈。随着时代的发展，金融企业自身的弊端也日渐显露。科技日益进步，消费者的需求也逐渐变得多样化；金融产品与业务自身的复杂性，导致企业运营成本相对较高；加之信息的不对称性，两者中往往有一方相对处于劣势；以及金融企业发展中会产生的道德以及法律风险问题等，都导致金融企业传统的经营模式已无法完全满足消费者以及在行业中企业之间竞争发展的需求。
