摘 要

本文通过对技术创新提升高技术产业竞争力的理论分析，介绍了技术创新理论和高技术产业理论。通过对技术创新提升湖北省高技术产业竞争力的现状分析，探讨了各地区高技术产业发展现状和技术创新现状。其中以广东省最高，江苏省次之，湖北省位于全国的平均水平。在湖北省高技术产业的六大行业中，电子及通信设备制造业位于第一位，医药制造业位于第二位，电子及通信设备制造业和医药制造业占六大行业的80%以上。通过对技术创新提升湖北省高技术产业竞争力的实证分析，1995年-2016年湖北省技术创新的提升很好地解释了1995年-2016年湖北省高技术产业竞争力的提高，得出结论，技术创新与湖北省高技术产业竞争力有着很强的线性关系。最后，根据技术创新对湖北省高技术产业的影响和湖北省高技术产业和技术创新的现状，提出了对未来湖北省高技术产业和技术创新的建议和对策。

Abstract

This paper introduces the theory of technological innovation and the theory of high-tech industry through the theoretical analysis of technological innovation to enhance the competitiveness of high-tech industry. By analyzing the status quo of technological innovation in improving the competitiveness of high-tech industries in hubei province, the development status and technological innovation status of high-tech industries in various regions are discussed. Among them, guangdong province is the highest, jiangsu province is the second, hubei province is located in the national average level. The six major industries in hubei province high technology industry, electron and communication equipment manufacturing industry in the first, pharmaceutical manufacturing is located in the second place, electron and communication equipment manufacturing and medicine manufacturing industry accounts for more than 80% of the six major industries. Through the technological innovation promoted high-tech industrial competitiveness of hubei province, the empirical analysis of hubei province in 1995-1995 technology innovation ascension well explains the high-tech industrial competitiveness of hubei province in 1995-1995, came to the conclusion that technology innovation and high-tech industrial competitiveness of hubei province has a strong linear relationship. 第1章 绪论

1.1研究背景

高技术产业是知识密集型和技术密集型并存的一种产业，它是一个国家或地区的科技发展水平及综合实力的代表。在现今知识经济时代，高技术产业作为一个国家或地区重要的经济增长点，在日趋激烈的国际竞争形势下，高技术产业带动传统产业发展，是促进一个国家经济增长的重要方式。在高技术产业的发展上占据领先地位，不仅极大地促进一个国家经济的增长，更是提高一个国家综合国力的关键。

技术创新不仅是高新技术产业发展的必要条件，也是其重要的因素之一。在知识经济时代，技术创新的重要性更加突出，区域间经济发展的竞争归根结底还是技术创新能力的较量。根据国家统计局《高技术产业（制造业）分类（2017）》文献中所述，高技术产业包括医药制造业，航空、航天器及设备制造业，电子及通信设备制造业，计算机及办公设备制造业，医疗仪器设备及仪器仪表制造业和信息化学品制造业6大类。根据《中国高技术产业创新能力评价报告2016-2017》显示，我国高技术产业创新能力大幅度提升，其中广东和江苏是全国高技术产业最具竞争力的地区，部分中西部地区的高技术产业发展十分迅猛，习近平总书记提出的 “一带一路”战略，给西部地区高技术产业的发展带来了前所未有的发展机遇，是西部地区高技术产业发展的福音。本文通过对湖北省高技术产业技术创新和生产经营情况的研究，来探讨技术创新与湖北省高技术产业竞争力的关系。
