摘 要

经过17年的发展，我国高等教育在2019年正是从大众化阶段进入普及化阶段。全国庞大的人口基数也意味着我国顺利建立起世界上规模最大的教育体系。庞大的教育体系在为各行各业培养人才促进经济发展的同时也为如何高效管理学生提出了一定的难题。学生在校生活信息的高效管理不仅有助于提升高校的管理水平和管理理念，更有助于学生体验精彩的校园生活。当下高校中的教学管理理念的陈旧、教学管理模式的落后、教学管理评价不科学以及部分教学人员素质欠缺等问题随着高校响应国家教育部深化高校改革得到了一定的改善，使高校管理与时俱进符合我国当下高等教育发展。

但是目前高校中的改革更集中在高校内部组织结构、科研管理、人事制度上，总体倾向于内部的调整，缺乏一定对外沟通改革，尤其是和学生家长之间缺乏长期有效沟通，高校和学生家庭之间像是河的对岸，能相互望见却很少了解彼此。家长以将孩子送进高校为最终教育目的，学校以将学生送进社会为最终培养目的，这种“阶段式流水线”的培养方案看似正常却暗藏危机——家校沟通脱节。这样的问题对于学校内部组织结构的调整和家长对与子女在校综合表现的了解，都会产生一定阻碍，尤其是在当学生在校发生突发状况，学校处理不及时或者处理不当的时候很容易让家长对学校产生误解甚至是产生矛盾。

本文为解决或妥善处理家校因缺乏有效沟通而产生的潜在问题提供一套有效的解决方案——“网络家长会”信息管理系统。实现学生在校三级管理的同时实现家校双向互联沟通，共同为学生的健康成长倾注力量。

Analysis and design of the information management system of "network parents meeting"

Abstract

After 17 years of development, China's higher education will enter the stage of popularization from the stage of popularization in 2019.The large population also means that China has successfully established the largest education system in the world.

The huge education system not only cultivates talents for all walks of life and promotes economic development, but also puts forward some difficult problems on how to manage students efficiently.The efficient management of information about students' campus life not only helps to improve the management level and concept of colleges and universities, but also helps students to experience wonderful campus life.Problems such as obsolete teaching management concept, backward teaching management mode, unscientific teaching management evaluation and inadequate quality of some teaching staff in colleges. At present, some old management modes and thoughts of colleges and universities have been gradually improved in the deepening reform of colleges and universities.

Effective deepening of reform must adhere to the principle of comprehensive, undertake teaching institutions of higher learning more need to pay attention to coordination, but on the whole, some changes in colleges and universities are more inclined to internal adjustment, for external communication needs to be strengthened., especially between parents and the lack of effective communication for a long time, like a river, between university students and families can see little to understand each other.

Parents take sending their children to colleges and universities as the ultimate educational purpose, while schools take sending students to society as the ultimate training purpose. This "stage assembly line" training program seems normal but hides a crisis -- the disconnection of home-school communication. Such problems will hinder the adjustment of the school's internal organizational structure and parents' understanding of their children's comprehensive performance in school, especially when students have emergencies in school and the school does not deal with them timely or improperly, it is easy for parents to have misunderstanding or even conflict with the school.

This paper provides a set of effective solutions to solve or properly deal with the potential problems caused by the lack of effective communication between home and school -- "network parents meeting" information management system.Realize the three-level management of students in school and realize the two-way communication between home and school, so as to contribute to the healthy growth of students.
