摘 要

现代快递行业经过近三十年的起步与发展，我国通过改革开放政策，紧跟时代潮流，快递业得到了空前的发展。二十世纪九十年代后，经济发展水平到一定程度后，物流快递服务产业也得到了发展的绝佳环境。中国快递市场在二十多年的高速发展的背景下，企业从以前的小作坊经营到现在已逐步发展了一批具有一定规模的大中型快递企业。己成为一个具有丰厚的利润、规范化的市场以及潜力巨大的产业。像顺丰速运这样的民营快递企业自萌芽之日起，依附于我国宏观经济发展所产生的巨大的市场要求下，凭借自身独特优势，迅速发展成为中国民营快递企业中举足轻重的部分。顺丰作为我国具有代表性的民营物流企业，其成功的发展模式和轨迹，值得我们对他进行深刻的研究和探讨。顺丰速运在扩张中陆续暴露出一系列运营和管理上的问题，需要对一些配送网点的路径作进一步的优化。

本论文以顺丰速运武汉钢都花园区域网点为实例进行研究，通过对其区域性配送路径的优化设计，即从配送路线、配送量、配送网点布局、配送车辆情况四个方面，为顺丰速运公司的深化发展和变革以及其他网点的配送路径优化提供可行性解决方案。

1.1研究的目的及意义

由我国改革开放政策的引领和指导下，物流和快递行业在2015年年底就开始施行全面的对外开放，其实从上个世纪80年代开始，世界各国的快递行业尤其是中国的四大快递行业巨头-联邦快递、敦豪、天地快运、联合包裹等企业就已经在中国政府施行的政策范围内寻求机会，实行合资、融资和并购。^[1]由此开始外资企业涌入我国的物流行业内，他们来到中国后不单单是造成了我国快递行业的激烈竞争，而且也对我国的大中型快递企业直接构成了一些威胁。在20多年的高速发展历程中，中国的快递模式已经从以前的小作坊式的经营逐步发展成为一批具有初步规模和有竞争力的大中型物流企业。在这个大环境下，顺丰速运经过二十多年的快速发展，到如今已是中国快递行业民营企业中的龙头。顺丰速运公司正处于激烈多变的全球竞争环境中，企业应该如何面对日新月异的复杂形势，如何长期生存与发展，这是本文将要着重研究和讨论分析的课题。
