摘 要

武汉港作为华中地区内河航运中心，不仅承担着对外贸易和交流的重要意义，并且将内陆和沿海、发达地区与不发达地区联系沟通起来，促进腹地地区的经济繁荣。武汉港地处长江中游，是交通部定点的水铁联运主枢纽港，在国家中部崛起战略、长江黄金水道和武汉航运中心建设中地位极为重要。

本文以武汉港港口发展为中心，首先对武汉港进行现状分析。接着，运用灰色预测模型，利用前五年武汉港分货类吞吐量对武汉港未来四年矿石、煤炭、油品和集装箱吞吐量进行预测，得到未来武汉港分货类吞吐量趋势。然后，分析武汉港外部机遇和威胁，总结出武汉港现阶段面临的外部大环境。其次，分析武汉港的内部优势和劣势，总结出武汉港自身条件，把握武汉港所处的战略环境。然后，借助SWOT模型分析武汉港外部机遇和威胁、内部优势与劣势，得到SO、ST、WO、WT四种组合战略，最后采用增长型战略。最后，通过对武汉港战略目标的分析，提出具有参考意义的战略思路和措施，提升武汉港自身竞争力，争取武汉港有更好的发展。

Abstract

Wuhan port as the center of the inland river shipping center, not only bear the importance of foreign trade and exchanges, but also build a bridge between inland and coastal areas, developed areas and underdeveloped areas and promote economic development of hinterland areas. Wuhan Port is located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, is the Ministry of Transportation fixed-point hub of water and iron transport hub, which is of great significance in the rise of the central region strategy, golden waterway of Yangtze River and the construction of Wuhan shipping center.

This thesis takes the port development of Wuhan port as the center. Firstly, the thesis analyzes current state of Wuhan Port. Secondly, it uses the gray forecasting model to forecast throughput of different kinds of cargo of Wuhan Port in next four years. Then I get the tendency of throughput of different kinds of cargo of Wuhan Port. Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the external opportunities and threats of Wuhan Port, sums up the external environment Wuhan Port is facing to at this stage. Then, it analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages of Wuhan Port, sums up the conditions of Wuhan Port and grasps the strategic environment of Wuhan Port. Thirdly, SWOT model is used to analyze the external opportunities and threats, internal advantages and disadvantages of Wuhan Port, and gains four combination strategies, which is SO, ST, WO and WT strategies, and adopts the growth strategy finally. Finally, I put forward a strategy and measure to enhance the competitiveness of Wuhan Port for better development by the analysis of Wuhan Port strategic objectives.

港口的生产情况已经和国民经济发展高度交融在一起，港口发展的预期也将直接影响国民经济发展速度。由于21世纪全球经济一体化的发展，港口作为经济一体化的急先锋，将直接促进对外开放和国际贸易，带动国民经济发展。地区的现代化通常是通过港口航运形成的，在现代化的港口基础上，形成对内和对外双向的辐射力和凝聚力，实现国内外经济联系的桥梁作用、现代化建设的先导作用、外引内转的基地作用，从而辐射到其腹地地区。
