摘 要

本文的主要内容为盾构管片的设计、联络通道的设计、盾构隧道防水设计。本文的工程背景为南京轨道交通四号线。

本文主要根据区间隧道的平纵断面、工程地质和水文条件等,分析选取盾构区间隧道的计算模型。根据隧道埋深,选取典型计算断面,计算出盾构隧道各阶段荷载组成。

在管片设计中,根据相关规范要求以及目前国内常用盾构管片的形式,确定盾构管片的几何尺寸,采用弹性均质圆环法对管片的结构内力进行了分析,将管片视为偏心受压构件进行配筋设计。

在联络通道的设计中,根据相关规范要求以及目前国内常用联络通道的形式,确定联络通道的几何尺寸,采用GTS模拟法获得联络通道的结构内力,简化为矩形截面受弯构件进行配筋设计。盾构隧道防水设计主要包括混凝土自防水设计、施工缝防水设计、变形缝防水设计。

本设计旨在按照毕业设计任务书要求,运用所学专业知识,独立完成资料的收集整理,掌握了招标文件的内容和编制过程。此次毕业设计提高了用专业知识解决实际问题的能力,对今后的工作学习,都具有十分重要的作用和意义。

Structure design of shield tunnel in Nanjing metro line four

(buried depth of 12 meters)

Abstract

The main content of this paper is the design of shield segment, contact the design of the channel, and the waterproof design of shield tunnel. The engineering background of this paper is the Nanjing rail transit line four.

In this paper,the calculation of the tunnel model is selected based on the flat vertical section of the tunnels, geological and hydrological conditions. The typical calculation section is selected and the load of the shield tunnel in various stages is calculated according to the tunnel depth.

In the design of the segment, the geometry of shield segment is determined based on the relevant regulatory requirements or the commonly used geometry. The structure internal force of the segment is analyzed with the segment is regarded as Elastic homogeneous ring. The segment is regarded as eccentric compression components in the reinforcement design.

In the design of the contact channel, the geometry of contact channel is determined based on the relevant regulatory requirements or the commonly used geometry. GTS is used in the analysis of the structure internal force of the contact channel. The contact channel is regarded as rectangular cross-section flexural members in the reinforcement design. The waterproof design of the shield tunnel includes the waterproof design of concrete, the waterproof design of construction joints and the waterproof design of deformation joint.

This design is designed in accordance with the requirements of graduation design task book, the use of the professional knowledge, the independent completion of the data collection and collation, to master the contents of the bidding documents and the preparation process.The graduation design has improved the ability to solve practical problems with professional knowledge, and it has a very important role and significance for the future work.
