摘 要

头盔是一种用于保护头部免受伤害的护具，是人们在交通运作中必不可少的一种工具。2013 年电动两轮或三轮车造成超过 286 000 人死亡，约占当年道路交通死亡总数的 23%，在这些事故中大部分的伤亡原因都是头部受伤，佩戴头盔逐渐成为了交通安全方面的热议话题。

本文通过文献阅读和调查，对头盔的发展历史、国内外头盔佩戴、立法现状做出了分析，并根据我国头盔佩戴的现状，借鉴国外成熟经验，做出了问卷设计，并在网络上进行了调查，本次问卷调查需要调查的是安全头盔佩戴行为的影响因素，因此，我们应先对安全头盔做出一定了解，并对会影响到其佩戴的各方面因素做一些研究，然后有针对性的设计调查问卷，向目标人群进行调查。随后，笔者对数据做出了分析，得出性别、年龄及头盔大透气性对安全头盔佩戴行为影响较大。最后，笔者对本次论文进行了总结并对未来国内安全头盔佩戴进行了展望。

Safety helmet wearing behavior promotes research

Abstract

Helmet is a protective device used to protect the head from injury, which is an indispensable tool for people in traffic operation. In 2013, electric two-wheeled vehicles or tricycles killed more than 286,000 people, accounting for about 23% of the total road traffic deaths that year. Most of these accidents were caused by head injuries, and helmets were gradually becoming a hot topic in traffic safety.

Through literature reading and investigation, this paper analyzes the development history of helmets, helmet wearing at home and abroad, and legislation status quo. According to the current situation of helmet wearing in China, draw lessons from foreign mature experience, made a questionnaire design, and the investigation on the Internet, the questionnaire investigation is needed to investigate the influence factors of safety helmet wear behavior, therefore, we should first know about safety helmet to make certain, and the factors affect the wear of water to do some research, and then targeted the design of the questionnaire, to investigate the target population. After that, the author analyzed the data and concluded that gender, age and helmet air permeability have a great influence on helmet wearing behavior. Finally, the author makes a summary of this paper and prospects for the future domestic safety helmet wearing.

1.1选题背景

当前，道路拥堵在生活中十分常见，我国的道路交通也进入了事故高发时期。自2000年以来，全国每年死亡人数超过10万，其中超过四分之一的死亡个例来源于机动车与非机动车交通事故，由于非机动车防护性、稳定性差，在与机动车发生事故后，非机动车驾驶人更加容易受到严重的伤害^[1]。
