摘 要
随着我国高铁的发展和城市化进程的不断加快,城市土地资源日益紧缺,紧凑型城市发展被提上日程,对铁路站点的建设提出了新的要求。高铁站点是推动城市发展的有力引擎,合理的高铁客站开发能促进城市土地的有效利用,从而构建紧凑型城市。因此城市和高铁站点关系转变变得尤为迫切,急需探寻符合发展要求的站城融合关系。长三角区域一体化的大背景,给站城融合提供了机遇和挑战。
本文首先对于站城融合发展所涉及的相关理论概念进行归纳总结,分析了推动站城融合发展的相关要素。其次分析了长三角区域的发展背景,在此背景下,提出了高铁站城融合的必要性。然后借鉴国内外站城融合发展的先进经验,提出了结合TOD理念的交通融合和空间功能融合两方面关键技术,从而促进长三角区域一体化背景下的站城融合。交通融合主要从枢纽与外部交通体系整合优化、进出站接驳落客优化以及站内换乘优化三个方面进行分析论述;空间融合技术则从站点选址、广场设置以及站区功能完善三个方面进行分析。
最后以南京南站为实例,分析其站城融合技术应用状况以及改进措施。为长三角地区站城融合发展提出有效建议。

Research on the key technology of high-speed railway station city integration based on the regional integration of Yangtze river delta
Abstract
With the development of high-speed railway and the acceleration of urbanization in China, urban land resources are increasingly in short supply, and the development of compact city has been put on the agenda, which puts forward new requirements for the construction of railway stations. High-speed railway stations are powerful engines to promote urban development. Reasonable development of high-speed railway passenger stations can promote the rational and effective development of urban land and build compact cities. Therefore, the transformation of the relationship between cities and high-speed railway stations becomes particularly urgent, and it is urgent to explore the integration relationship between cities and stations that meets the development requirements. The background of regional integration in the Yangtze river delta provides opportunities and challenges for the station-city integration.
This paper firstly summarizes the related theories and concepts involved in the development of station-city integration and analyzes the relevant factors that promote the development of station-city integration. Secondly, it analyzes the development background of the Yangtze river delta region, and puts forward the necessity of the integration of high-speed railway stations and cities under this background. Then, based on the advanced experience of integrated development of station and city at home and abroad, the key technologies of transportation integration and spatial function integration based on the concept of TOD are proposed, so as to promote the integration of station and city under the background of regional integration of Yangtze river delta. Traffic integration is analyzed and discussed from three aspects: integration and optimization of hub and external traffic system, optimization of inbound and outbound passengers, and optimization of in-station transfer; Space fusion technology is summarized from three aspects: site selection, square setting and functional perfection of station area.
Finally, taking nanjing south railway station as an example, the application status and improvement measures of the station-city integration technology are analyzed. It is hoped that effective Suggestions will be put forward for the integrated development of station-city integration in the Yangtze river delta region.

第一章 绪论
1.1 研究背景及意义
目前我国高铁建设正处于迅猛发展的阶段,截止2019年末,我国高铁里程位居世界第一,总里程达到3.5万公里,超过世界总量的2/3,国内高铁网络目前已经成型,高铁覆盖了72%的50万以上人口城市,80%的100万以上人口城市,超过700个站点。其中长三角地区高铁网络已经初步成形,长三角铁路拥有22条高铁,动车组开行覆盖沪苏浙皖一市三省40个地级市,覆盖了多个大型的高铁枢纽站点。高铁以及高铁站的规划建设将是未来较长时间的主要铁路建设任务。
