摘 要

在公交优先成为解决城市交通拥堵问题重要手段条件下，公交专用道的布设也成为公交优先的重点。本文首先论述了城市公交专用道系统布设规划和优化的各种方法，对公交专用道设计、公交停靠站设计与公交优先信号配时进行探讨。并以黄石市为例，对湖滨大道及杭州西路进行具体公交专用道方案设计。

为掌握对黄石市湖滨大道与杭州西路交通运行情况，对道路断面尺寸、公交运营现状、停靠站尺寸等参数进行调查与分析。

然后在对湖滨大道与杭州西路进行数据调查分析的基础上，对各个路段布设公交专用道的必要性进行了分析。在有必要布设公交专用道的路段中，进行符合道路现状条件的公交专用道的型式与几何尺寸设计；在分析设置公交专用进口道的必要性的基础上，对交叉口处公交车与社会车辆的引导交织段进行设计。

最后，基于湖滨大道与杭州西路公交专用道设计，提出了与公交专用道设计型式相匹配的公交停靠站设计方案。综合考虑现状停靠站型式、尺寸、道路条件等因素，提出在湖滨大道设置直线式或港湾式公交停靠站，在杭州西路设置直线式公交停靠站；并根据车辆排队模型和高峰小时公交车到达率计算各个停靠站泊位数，以及停靠站几何尺寸。

Abstract

Under the condition of bus priority becoming an important way of solving the problem of urban traffic congestion, the layout of bus lane has also become the focus of bus priority. This paper summarizes various methods for planning and optimization of bus lanes, bus stop and bus priority signals. Taking Huangshi City for example, this paper carried out a specific bus lane design for Hubin Avenue and Hangzhou West Road.

In order to grasp the traffic operation situation of Hubin Avenue and Hangzhou West Road in Huangshi City, the parameters such as the cross-section dimension of the road, bus operation, and the size of the stop station were investigated and analyzed.

Then, based on the data survey and analysis of Hubin Avenue and Hangzhou West Road, the necessity of laying special bus lanes on each road section was analyzed. In the sections where it is necessary to lay out special bus lanes, this paper carry out the design of the type and geometric dimensions of the bus lanes that meet the current conditions of the road; And design the weaving area for buses and social vehicles based on the analyses of necessity of laying bus-only approach.

Finally, based on the design of the bus lanes on Hubin Avenue and Hangzhou West Road, a bus stop design scheme that matches the design of the bus lanes is proposed. Comprehensively considering the factors such as the current stop type, size and road conditions, it is proposed to set up a linear or harbor bus stop on Hubin Avenue and a linear bus stop on Hangzhou West Road; and according to the vehicle queuing model and peak hour bus arrival, the paper calculate the number of berths at each stop and the geometric dimensions of the stop.

绪论

研究背景

近年来，我国社会经济的高速发展，居民收入和生活水平日益提高，汽车特别是私人小汽车保有量飞速上升，导致城市交通基础设施难以满足日益增长的出行需求，道路拥堵问题在全国各个城市均成为突出问题。另外，城市汽车保有量的增长同时也导致了环境污染，车辆废气使温室效应和臭氧消耗更加严重。大气中43％的污染物是由于汽车尾气造成的。 城市交通拥挤以及由此带来的环境污染问题严重影响了城市居民的日常生活，并限制了经济发展。 在这种情况下，减少交通拥堵，保护环境和节约能源的运输方法的发展引走入大众视线。

大力发展公共交通，实行公共交通优先已成为许多城市解决交通拥堵问题的首要选择。国家发布了一系列“公交优先”措施推动公共交通发展，其中公交专用道提供独立的公交车通道，减少与社交车辆的冲突，减少公交车的延误，并显着提高公交车的运营效率。与地铁，电车和其他交通工具相比，建设成本与难度相对较低，且具有较好的可逆性。因此公交专用道的实施也会吸引更多出行者选择公交出行，社会车辆的出行也会在一定程度上减少。
