摘 要

由于城市综合枢纽（例如火车站）结构、功能复杂、且空间较大,枢纽中的人流量大且集中。旅客往往有多条路径可供选择，因此旅客寻找目的地时走错方向的可能性相对提升。同时由于城区的规模扩大，曾经位于城市的边缘地区的火车站，现如今逐渐转移到城市的内部，甚至有的在城市的中心，且火车站经常在短时间内涌入大量的人流，需要合理且完善的导向信息设计使人群快速安全的分散，因此至关重要。

本文通过研究城市综合枢纽如火车站慢行系统中导向信息的各个要素，例如文字排列、色彩应用等，参考国内外的各个经典案例，分析导向信息设计相关的论文及著作，得出关于城市综合枢纽慢行系统导向信息设计的启示，以武昌火车站为实例，通过实地调查、文献研究等研究方法对其导向信息系统进行调研，总结出其系统中的现状与问题，提出导向信息设计的整体构思与基本框架的建议，从而对枢纽内导向信息设计系统进行完整的方案设计。

Abstract

Because the function and space structure of urban comprehensive hub (such as the station) is complex and the station passengers has the character of large liquidity and high density, when passengers in the face of the multiple routes to choose from, the possibility of target direction is greatly increasing .And because of the development of the city, railway station which is on the edge of the city in the past gradually folded in inner cities due to the expansion of city scale , some even is located in the center of the city area, the station with large passengers flow in a short period of time, reasonable and perfect guiding information design can make people safety evacuation quickly, therefore is very important.
In this paper, by studying the guiding information elements such as text-alignment, color application of the urban comprehensive hub in railway station slow system , and analysis of the guiding information design’s typical cases and related writings at home and abroad,concluding the enlightenment about the oriented information design of urban comprehensive hub, through the literature research, field survey and other research methods to investigate the wuchang railway station guiding system research, summarizes the status quo and problems of the guiding system,and puts forward the general conception of design and the basic framework of suggestions, in order to establish the complete guiding system design of the railway station.

第一章 绪论

1.1 选题意义

近些年来，由于城市经济的发展以及城市化的普及，各地区纷纷建起了大型综合交通枢纽，作为综合了公交汽车、轨道交通、小轿车、出租车等客流换乘交通方式的交通枢纽,其内部空间较大，结构、设计与布局均较为复杂。据调查，某些大型枢纽内部约一半的人存在寻路问题，这使其导向信息系统设计面临挑战^[1]。

导向信息设计是城市综合枢纽系统中的一项十分重要的设计内容，由于枢纽内部的旅客流动量大，因此导向信息设计需要合理完整，以便旅客能准确找到目的地。有效的导向信息不仅可以帮助大量旅客平稳有序的流动，使旅客更为快速的到达目的地，还能够使旅客舒适、满意的出行。一整套完整合理的导向信息系统，要求其能对在枢纽空间中人群进行明确的方向和位置的指认。不仅能保证人们出行的有序和顺利，并且在事故或灾难发生时使人群快速安全的疏散。其次，导向信息设计要求人性化且符合可持续发展的理念，枢纽内部的导向信息内容、数量和位置等需要进行优化。导向信息内容需完整且符合人们的文化理念，避免人们对信息理解错误；导向信息位置的设置需符合人们的视觉要求和行走特性，从而满足人们的出行需求；导向信息设置数量应当适中，不易过多也不易过少，过多会导致使用者视觉疲劳，同时会增加枢纽的建设成本；过少的信息会导致使用者寻路或迷失，甚至可能使某处人流集中，降低服务水平。
