摘 要

随着目前城市交通问题越来越严重，国内外城市都开始注重改善交通问题，比如大力发展公共交通，公交、地铁、公共自行车等。公共自行车在我国很多大城市开始迅速发展，不仅给短距离出行的人们提供了便利，同时对城市的公共交通体系也起到了一定的完善作用。

现今，公共自行车租赁点布局存在很多问题，许多问题在规划初期就已经显现出来。公共自行车租赁点需要根据科学的方法进行布局规划，才能提高使用率，发挥更大的使用价值。所以本文在可达性的角度上，以方便居民出行的角度，对公共自行车布局进行合理的规划改造，提出了公共自行车租赁布局优化的新思路。

本文首先研究了公共自行车国内外的发展情况、国内外公共自行车发展存在的问题等，提出合理的公共自行车租赁点布局方法，借此提高公共自行车的使用效率，更好的发挥自行车的使用价值。

我们可以将租赁点大致分为公交点、居住点、校园点、公建点和游憩点五类。探讨这五类租赁点情况下公共自行车的布局及使用情况，最后提出武汉市的公共自行车租赁点布局的优化方案。

ABSTRACT

With the current urban traffic problems more and more serious, domestic and foreign cities have begun to focus on improving traffic problems, such as the development of public transport, public transport, subway, public bicycles.Public bicycles in many large cities in China, the rapid development of not only to short-distance travel to provide a convenient, while the city's public transport system also played a certain role in improving.

However, in the planning of public bicycle rental point, most of our city based on the experience of planners or directly according to intuition layout, there is no scientific basis for the theory, the result is the low utilization of public bicycles.Therefore, the public bicycle rental points need to be based on scientific methods for layout planning, in order to improve the utilization rate, play a greater use value.Therefore, this paper puts forward a new idea of public bicycle rental layout optimization from the perspective of accessibility to the most convenient public bicycle.

This paper first studies the development of public bicycles at home and abroad, the problems existing in the development of public bicycles at home and abroad, and puts forward that the reasonable public bicycle rental point layout can improve the efficiency of public bicycles and play the role of bicycles better.

Combined with the layout of the leasing point of public bicycles in Wuhan, the optimization of the layout of public bicycle leasing points will be divided into five categories: public transportation, residential, campus, public and recreation.This paper discusses the layout and usage of the five types of leasing point public bicycles, and finally puts forward the optimization plan of public bicycle rental point layout in Wuhan.
