水凝胶制剂的处方研究
摘 要
巴布剂是以水溶性高分子聚合物为基质骨架材料的外用贴剂,其实质是一种具有载药量大、透皮效果好、药物成分可测、质量可控、透气性好、对皮肤无刺激性的透皮给药系统。
均匀设计是有别于正交设计的实验设计,它的特点是有关因素的各个水平与水平数相等,减少了多次试验,且实验结果可用计算机处理,通过回归方程得出理论的最佳实验条件。因此在用均匀设计软件进行分析的同时,选用excel软件对均匀设计所形成的矩形数据进行设计回归分析,不但对配比量进行了优选,同时也明确了各基质辅料品种对结果的贡献及影响趋势,且对所得结果进行了验证,证明实验方法简便有效。
目的对巴布剂的基质配方进行优选。方法通过均匀设计法,以影响巴布剂物理性状的几种主要辅料为考察因素,以各种辅料不同用量为考察水平,以成型巴布剂基质的剥离强度、持粘力为考察指标,通过对数据的分析,优选出最佳的基质配方。结果基质最佳质量比为NP-800:甘羟铝:酒石酸的质量比为4.5:0.4: 0.03 结论由此配方制得的巴布剂贴敷于皮肤上,粘贴紧密,撕下后无基质残留于皮肤,质量较好。

Research on the Prescription of Plastic Gel
Abstract
Cataplasm is a topical patch which is water-soluble polymer matrix material.The substance of cataplasm is a transdermal drug delivery system,for the feature of large drug loading, good transdermal effect,medicine-measured available,quality controlled and non-irritating.
Uniform design,different from orthogonal experimental design,is characterized as the level of each factor is equal to the number of horizontal,so that the number of trials can be reduced.besides,the experiment results can be processed by the computer.By regression equations ,theoretical optimal experimental conditions can be derived.When the analysis of data is on the way,excel software can be access.Not only the best ratio of prescription can be calculated,but the contributions to and trends of the results can be clear.on the other way,the results is verified.The conclusion that this solution is concise but effective.
Purpose prefer the qualified prescription of cataplasm.Methods on the base of uniform design,with some main materials which can influence on the physical properties of cataplasm as examine factors.The amount of all the materials should be designed on different levels.The adhesion and peel strength.etc are indexes.By the analysis of date,work out the best prescription.result the best prescription is NP800: hydroxyl aluminum:Tartaric acid=4.5:0.4:0.03.conclusion the cataplasm made by this prescription is pasted close to skin,and there is no residue with good quality after torn out from skin.
