1. 了解固定化酶的常用方法和吸附固定化的步骤;
2. degam-aa吸附固定化β-葡萄糖苷酶;
3. degam-aa-glu固定化前后进行表征,包括场发射扫描电镜(fe-sem)、比表面和孔径吸附测定仪(bet)、傅立叶变换红外光谱。
