多孔葡聚糖基水凝胶的制备与应用于透气性敷料的研究毕业论文

摘 要
本实验通过制备了一种多孔温敏性葡聚糖基水凝胶,并且对该水凝胶的降解性、收缩性、回复性、释放性能、红外光谱及力学性能进行了研究。实验表明,葡聚糖基水凝胶为易降解的生物基材料;在35 ℃时发生剧烈收缩,在30 ℃下的回复率较高;葡聚糖基水凝胶与普通水凝胶相比,机械强度明显增强。通过活性污泥的混菌降解,第8天的降解率已超过30%,是一种易降解材料。红外光谱显示葡聚糖基水凝胶兼具葡聚糖和水凝胶的特征峰。

Preparation of porous dextran-based hydrogels and its application in breathable dressings
ABSTRACT
In this experiment, a porous temperature-sensitive glucan-based hydrogel was prepared, and the degradability, shrinkage, recovery, release properties, infrared spectrum and mechanical properties of the hydrogel were studied. Experiments show that dextran-based hydrogels are easily biodegradable bio-based materials; they shrink dramatically at 35 °C and have a high recovery rate at 30 °C; dextran-based hydrogels are comparable to ordinary hydrogels. Mechanical strength was significantly enhanced. Through the mixed bacteria degradation of activated sludge, the degradation rate on the 8th day has exceeded 30%, which is an easily degradable material. Infrared spectra showed that the glucan-based hydrogel had both characteristic peaks of dextran and hydrogel.
