一种γ聚谷氨酸水凝胶的制备及应用研究毕业论文

摘 要

酶交联的水凝胶具有亲水性和聚三维网络。因为水凝胶独特的性质,如高含水量、很不错的生物的相容特性、低炎症反应和与真正的组织相似的机械性能,现在水凝胶已经在医学方面会得到了各种应用,如药物的控制释放、生物的传感工程和组织工程。这几年来在原位形成的水凝胶或注射水凝胶已经得到越来越高的评价。由于原位形成水凝胶的生物分子的活性和细胞均匀能力,使他们能通过注射植入实现一个简单混合。更重要的是水凝胶具有可以填充任何形状的优势,因此在临床的方面,原位形成水凝胶在许多生物医学应用方面更为理想。

在酶交联的苯酚聚合物的存在下,通过辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)和过氧化氢(H2O2)来合成γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA-DA) 水凝胶。研究γ-聚谷氨酸水凝胶溶胀、降解以及止血等方面的特性。

实验表明γ- PGA-DA的浓度、H2O2的浓度和HRP的浓度都影响着γ-聚谷氨酸水凝胶的溶胀行为、凝胶时间以及降解性能。此外γ-聚谷氨酸水凝胶在止血领域有着显著的功效。γ-聚谷氨酸水凝胶有望在药物的控制释放和组织工程领域中成为一种优良的原材料。

Preparation and application of a kind of gamma poly glutamic acid hydrogel

Abstract

The medical wound dressing hydrogel is a new type of wound dressing developed rapidly in recent years. Compared with conventional hydrogel wound dressing can promote wound healing better, reduce the pain of the wound, he can be used to improve the surface micro environment of the trauma, inhibited the growth of bacteria. The hydrogel is very suitable for common body trauma such as, abrasions, scratches and other skin trauma. For these wounds, common cases doctors will use sterile gauze and topical antibiotics for treatment. But the gauze easily with the skin wound tissue adhesions, change medicine often disrupts epithelial and granulation tissue of newborn, causing bleeding. This will not only not conducive to wound healing, and the wound will make the patient more pain. Water gel dressing on the wound, he is not going to stick with the wound tissue, without destroying the new organization , but also can kill a variety of bacteria, to avoid the infection of the wound.

Acrylic acid and its derivatives are common in synthetic hydrogels, monomer acrylamide derivatives and other synthetic hydrogel has good stability, but its biodegradable and biocompatible to poor. The main raw material for a natural class of hydrogels of chitosan, sodium alginate, cellulose, starch, etc.. Because of these natural polysaccharide has good biological compatibility and biodegradation of, but also it is inexpensive and can be, therefore, a natural class of hydrogels in the field of wound dressing and drug controlled release has more advantages.

Are reviewed in this paper in the presence of cross-linked enzyme phenol polymer, by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to synthesize gamma polyglutamic acid (PGA) hydrogel. An overview of the gamma poly glutamic acid hydrogel for wound dressing, controlled drug release and tissue engineering application. At last, it discusses the gamma poly glutamic acid hydrogel of research and application.
