总磷和总氮的快速测定任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

磷是引起富营养化污染的重要因素之一。

水体中总磷测定有利于监控水体中富营养化状况,是水质监测中重要指标之一。

本论文拟采用烘箱加热的钼酸铵分光光度法对城市污水处理工艺中的总磷进行测定研究。

2018.3.1-2015.3.10 要完成这方面的文献资料查阅,写好开题报告,并完成一篇英文文献的翻译。

2018.3.11-2018.3.22熟悉烘箱及钼酸铵分光光度法的使用。

2018.3.22-2018.5.22对污水进行分组测试,分别就氧化剂加入量、消解反应温度、消解反应时间及显色时间四大因素进行对比实验 2015.5.23-2015.6.13 完成毕业论文的撰写及答辩。
