1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
镍系催化剂在加氢反应中表现出较高的催化活性,同时其价格较为便宜,因此成为工业上的首选对象且也是最早实现工业化应用的葡萄糖加氢催化剂。
雷尼镍作为应用份额最大的催化剂,虽然能取得较佳的加氢效果,但稳定性差,容易流失和中毒,且制备过程中会产生大量的碱液;镍系非晶态合金作为一种新型的加氢材料,取得了较好的催化效果,但其属于介稳体系,其稳定性和寿命问题还未深入研究;而采用多孔载体负载镍系催化剂,由于其价格低廉,催化活性较高,稳定性能好等显著优势,已被广泛应用,其中纳米镍基催化剂的催化加氢活性要大大高于普通镍基的催化剂。
多孔载体中氧化物作为重要的组成部分,特别是金属氧化物,由于其独特的物化性质,如酸碱性、半导体性质和氧化还原性,已经被广泛应用于催化领域。
