摘要
在国家鼓励开发海洋资源、提升现代造船水平的政策背景下,学习和理解现代造船技术的理念,与本科阶段所学相关专业知识相结合,以技术创新为目标,在熟读东红船厂所提供的37.5m刺网渔船船体基本结构图、型线图等资料后,本毕业设计独立完成了37.5m刺网渔船船体生产设计。其主要内容包括:37.5m刺网渔船主船体理论重量计算表,以及37.5m刺网渔船外板展开图,决定了总段建造法为37.5m刺网渔船的建造方法,完成了其对应的分段划分及余量布置图,并根据东红船厂的工时计算模型完成了船舶生产工时计算表、船体吊装顺序图、船舶安装定位线图、船台安装进度表的绘制等,并完成了指定总段(渔舱第一总段)的建造方案等。

Abstract
Under the background of the national policy of encouraging the development of marine resources and improving the level of modern shipbuilding, learn and understand the concept of modern shipbuilding technology, combine with the relevant professional knowledge learned at the undergraduate level, aim at technological innovation, and provide After the basic structure drawing and line drawing of the 37.5m gillnet fishing boat hull, the graduation design independently completed the production design of the 37.5m gillnet fishing boat hull. The main contents include: the theoretical weight calculation table of the main hull of the 37.5m gillnet fishing boat, and the expanded view of the outer panel of the 37.5m gillnet fishing boat, which determines that the construction method of the total section is the construction method of the 37.5m gillnet fishing boat. The division of the sections and the layout of the margin, and the completion of the calculation of the ship production man-hour calculation table, hull hoisting sequence diagram, ship installation positioning line diagram, ship berth installation schedule, etc., and the completion of the designated general section.
