摘 要

行政管理水平是衡量高等教育管理的校级机构整体水平的一个重要的指标。在高等教育目前的改革的背景下，大学管理在大学改革中起着重要作用。管理体现了行政现象、过程、内在的本质联系，是人们在长期行政管理实践经验的基础上对行政管理活动规律的理性认识。提高行政效率，高校管理水平，完善行政管理体制，深化高校改革是非常重要的。

本文由“行政管理”和“高校行政管理”两个核心理念组成，以分析影响高等院校的行政效率的因素的基础上，着眼于提高我国高等院校的行政级别和效率，如何优化现有的行政院校系统。以制约我国高校的行政工作效率的基础上，得出了一些初步的研究成果。这项研究认为，大学管理必须适应高校有序发展的需求和知识经济时代的到来，进行针对性的创新变革，从更新管理理念，打造高品质的管理人员，以促进行政管理和科学等方面现代化的管理机制，实现行政改革和提高行政效率。

Problems and countermeasures of the university administration

Abstract

Administrative level is an important indicator to measure the overall level of university-level institutions of higher education management. In the context of the ongoing reform of higher education, university management plays an important role in university reform. Management reflects the administrative phenomena, processes, inner nature contact, is that people are rational laws administrative activities on the basis of long-term understanding of the administration of practical experience. Improve administrative efficiency, university management level, improve the administrative system, deepen the reform of university is very important.

This article from the "administration" and "university administration," composed of two core concepts to the analysis of the impact of higher learning of administrative efficiency factors, focus on improving the administrative level and efficiency of our institutions of higher learning how to optimize existing Administrative College System. To restrict the efficiency of our colleges and universities on the basis of administrative obtained some preliminary research results. The study concluded that the University management must adapt to the arrival of the era of knowledge economy needs and orderly development of colleges and universities, targeted innovation and change, from an updated management philosophy, to create high-quality management personnel in order to promote the modernization of the administrative and scientific aspects management mechanisms to achieve administrative reform and improve administrative efficiency.
