摘 要

随着信息技术的快速发展，也带来了传统企业的重大改变，经济全球化促进了企业利益的同时，也加大了企业自身发展的压力。进销存管理是现代企业生产经营中的重要环节，是完成企业资源配置的重要管理工作，对企业生产经营效率的最大化发挥着重要作用。合理的进销存管理能实现实时采购、及时销售、低库存的目标，只有在这种状态下，企业的效益才能够达到最大化。

本文通过调查尚义贸易有限公司的经营现状，采用生命周期开发方式，了解了本公司的进销存管理模式的需求，包括其组织结构、业务流程等。利用业务流程图、数据流程图对其进行详细的分析，进而设计了此系统的体系结构、功能模块和数据库结构。运用Microsoft Visual Studio 2012软件平台和SQL Server 2008数据库实施开发了一款基于B/S 结构模式的进销存管理系统。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, it has also brought significant changes in the traditional enterprises, economic globalization has promoted the interests of enterprises, but also increased the pressure on the development of enterprises. Inventory management is an important part of the modern enterprise production and management, is an important management to complete the allocation of enterprise resources, to maximize the efficiency of the production and operation of enterprises play an important role. Reasonable inventory management can achieve real-time procurement, timely sales, low inventory goal, only in this state, the efficiency of the enterprise to achieve maximum.

In this paper, through the investigation of Shangyi Trading Co., Ltd. business status, the use of life cycle development, understanding of the company's inventory management model needs, including its organizational structure, business processes, etc.. The system structure, function module and database structure of the system are designed by using the business flow chart and data flow chart. Using Visual Studio Microsoft 2012 software platform and Server SQL 2008 database implementation and development of a model based on the B/S structure of the Invoicing management system.

第1章 绪论

尚义贸易有限公司进销存系统开发的目的及意义

系统开发的目标和现实意义是系统存在并被应用的现实基础，系统只有满足现实工作中的管理需求，才能真正实现所开发系统的现实意义，其存在才是有价值的。同时系统的开发目标是系统开发过程中进行系统分析、设计与实施的宏观指向。我们只有遵从系统开发的整体目标，才能从根本上保证我们的开发工作符合现实状况，而不是我们在开发的过程中凭空捏造的^[1]。

（1）目标

系统开发目标是指获取能够满足现实需求的、明确的、可行的、高质量的系统软件解决方案。

云南大学罗小津于2015年发表的文章当中指出，根据相关研究表明显示，良好的仓库运行，能够提高订单的准确率，同时还能够对最大程度地提高出货率，能够大大接近零误差”。为了能够使仓库作业效率最大化，同时提高其准确率，分析并设计一套满足其业务要求的进销存管理系统尤其重要。

本课题的目的是使尚义贸易有限公司的进销存管理清晰化，透明化，便于操作，易于管理。通过采购、进库、销售模块的优化组合实现不同的管理细节，使管理过程实现最大程度的自动化与信息化能自动对人工操作环节进行复查，使进销存系统出错率降至最低。
