摘 要

在科技飞速发展和信息大爆炸的今天，企业信息化的进程在一步步深入，信息化手段逐渐被企业接受，应用范围也越来越广。企业网络协同平台也在信息手段发展的过程中渐渐完善，越来越深入应用到企业日常管理活动。企业协同平台以计算机应用开发为核心，通过先进的通信技术连接一系列现代化的办公设备，以工作流为导向，广泛、迅速地收集、整理信息，并有针对性的加工相关信息用于企业管理及决策。协同平台改变了过去低效的手工模式，运用信息化手段使企业内部人员实现信息共享,协同工作高效化。同时为管理人员提供科学管理信息和决策服务,达到提高行政效率的目的。目前，企业协同平台已广泛应用于企业管理涉及信息处理的各个领域，成为现代企业必备的工具。

论文首先分析了协同办公平台的背景及优势，然后研究协同平台的发展历程及趋势，应用方面以基于Lotus Domino/notes的协同办公系统的建设为背景，结合一家小型软件开发公司的实际工作展开。公司处于发展期，工作任务变重、节奏变快，传统的手工办公环境已经不能满足日常的工作需要，则实施协同办公系统成为必要。实施前期完成详尽、全面的需求分析后，实施阶段运用IBM Lotus Domino/Notes平台、工作流技术，给出一个适应公司环境的协同办公系统实施方案。网络协同平台根据公司运作需要满足的主要功能分为电子邮件、日常办公、文件审批、会议管理、文档管理、系统管理等，灵活解决现阶段的问题，提高工作效率。最后，回顾现阶段工作情况，总结工作进度和发展方向，使企业网络协同平台更适应发展需求。

本文采用理论与实践应用相结合的模式，充分展示了企业协同平台在公司实际运作中的便捷性及实用性，对于中小型公司实施协同办公系统有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology , the information technology means are used in the enterprise’s production and management more and more widely, and the enterprise informatization are accepted and promoted gradually. Enterprise network collaborative platform is being improved gradually in the process of information means developing, and more and more thoroughly applied to the enterprise's daily management activities. Enterprise collaborative platform connects a series of modern office equipment through the use of advanced communication technology,with the computer application development as the core, and is oriented by the workflow to collect and sort out information widely and quickly, and provide the processing information targeted for enterprise management and decision-making.The system ,having changed the inefficient、complex and manual office mode in the past, makes the enterprise internal personnel share information conveniently and quickly ,and efficiently work together. At the same time it can provide the scientific management information and decision service for the manager, to achieve the goal of improving the administrative efficiency. At present, the enterprise collaborative platform has been widely used in various fields of information processing, becoming a modern and necessary enterprise management means.

The paper first analyzes the background and advantages of the collaborative work platform, and then researchs the development and trend of the collaborative platform.The application ,based on the collaborative office system constructed by Lotus Domino/notes as the background, combines with the actual work of a small software development company.The Company has heavier tasks and quicker tempo so that the traditional manual office environment cannot meet the needs of the daily work and the implementation of collaborative office system becomes necessary. On the basis of the detailed and comprehensive demand analysis, using the IBM Lotus Domino/Notes, workflow management technology and related technology platform, it provides a implementation plan with the collaborative office system fitting the company of the environment . According to the operation in the company,network collaborative platform needs to satisfy the main function divided into the email, daily office, document examination and approval, meeting management, document management, system management, etc., to flexibly solve the current problems and improve work efficiency. Finally, it reviews the present situation and summarizes the work progress and development direction, making the enterprise network collaborative platform adapt to the development needs better.

In this paper, by adopting the combination of theory and practice application, it fully displays the convenience and practicability of the enterprise collaborative platform in your company's actual operation, having certain reference significance for small and medium-sized companies to implement the collaborative office system.

1.1研究背景

随着网络技术的迅猛发展，社会进入信息时代，知识经济开始深入企业发展。企业内部管理一直是企业间竞争最重要的一环，有效的内部管理就是要做到利用自身的资源有效地提高生产能力和工作效率，降低管理成本和生产成本^[1]。面对变化的市场环境及日益复杂的管理工作，人们关注的问题重点在于如何收集、整理、加工、存储及传输管理信息，使之更快捷应用到日常工作，提高工作效率，为企业创造更大价值。随着市场的变化，工作任务进一步加重，人们已不满足于当前的办公管理信息系统的效率，提出了更高的要求。一般的文字处理功能已不能满足日常工作需要，开发出一种更快捷、更高效的办公方式成为必然，关注于提高团体协同办公效率及信息流通效率^[2]。对企业而言，如果个人之间、各部门之间信息传递仍停留在传统手工模式，严重影响各部门之间工作开展，那么该公司的工作就势必效率低下，落后市场水平。

协同管理系统的兴起，把传统的手工操作彻底电子化，大大降低人、财、物的使用，大大提高企事业单位的工作效率。电子化办公不仅降低了公司成本，而且使得办公不再受时间和地域的限制，更符合现今快节奏的社会发展。从审批流来看，传统办公是拿着文件去上级领导处签字的方式，而协同办公则是利用系统中定义流程和权限，实现工作流及时性、自动化。从管理者角度，协同办公系统的使用使人们能够便捷地获取更多有效信息，又能为管理层的决策提供参考和支持，且由于企业的不断发展和市场的不断变化，企业内部办公管理需要一套符合公司流程的办公协同系统来提高工作效率，以及规范管理流程。因此企业需要实施一套合适的协同办公系统，来提高工作效率、降低办公成本，实现无纸化、自动化、规范化^[3]。
