公司治理是现代企业制度的核心内容。公司治理就是一种对公司进行管理和控制的制度。公司治理要保证公司的科学化决策，公司治理结构的完善与否对企业具有相当重要的影响。因此，这个话题值得我们研究。

在我国，龙净环保凭借自身的优势和经营特色，成为了首家上市的大气污染环保公司，因此龙净环保公司也成为了业界比较知名的企业，成为了各个环保公司研究与借鉴的对象。本文对龙净环保公司进行研究，分析该公司的时代环境及背景，结合一些公司治理模式包括各项举措，公司也得到了迅猛的成长。希望对龙净环保的分析与研究，能够为其他环保企业提供一些建设性的经验。

本文采用理论分析与案例分析相结合的研究方法。理论部分阐述了公司治理的相关概念。案例部分介绍了龙净环保的基本情况、股权结构的形成以及股东大会、董事会、监事会和高管的概况；同时，还运用万福生科和万科的案例作对比来分析龙净环保的股权结构。

Research on the Management of Fujian Longjing Company

Abstract

Corporate governance is the core of modern enterprise system. Corporate governance is a system of management and control of the company. Therefore, this topic worthy of our study.

In China, Longjing environmental protection by virtue of their own advantages and operating characteristics, has become the first listed air pollution environmental protection company, so Longjing environmental protection company has become the industry more well-known enterprises, has become the environmental protection company research and reference object. This paper has carried on the research to the dragon net environmental protection company, analyzed the company's environment and the background, combined with some corporate governance models including the initiative, the company also got the rapid growth. Hope that the dragon net environmental analysis and research, for other environmental protection enterprises to provide some constructive experience.

This paper uses theoretical research and case analysis of the combination of research methods. The theoretical part expounds the related concepts of corporate governance. The case section introduces the basic situation of Longjing environmental protection, the formation of ownership structure and the general situation of shareholders' meeting, board of directors, board of supervisors and senior executives. At the same time, it also analyzes the equity structure of Longjing environmental protection by comparing Wanfu students and Vanke.
